Sichuan Normal University has two campuses, Lion Mountain Campus and Jackie Chan Campus. Majors in Shizishan Campus: ideological and political education, preschool education, Chinese language and literature, history, mathematics and applied mathematics, chemistry, radio and television director, etc. Jackie Chan Campus: Economics, Educational Technology, English, Physics, Geography, etc. Sichuan Normal University, referred to as Sichuan Normal University for short, is located in Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan Province. It is one of the first batch of key universities for basic capacity building in central and western China. It is the earliest provincial-level key university in Sichuan Province that holds undergraduate normal education and has the longest running history among normal universities. It has been selected into Sichuan Double First-class Construction Plan, Excellent Teacher Training Plan of Ministry of Education, Sichuan 20 1 1 Plan, Excellent Engineer Education Training Plan and National New Engineering Research and Practice Project. It is a national publicly-funded teacher training institution and a national demonstration university for deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
