As kindergarten teachers, we should be close to them, love them, guide them patiently and cultivate their good behavior habits.

3. Have skilled business skills. Preschool teachers should also have a solid theoretical foundation of education, such as preschool education, preschool psychology, preschool health care, kindergarten education activities guidance, kindergarten management, kindergarten games and so on. Finally, teachers should learn to reflect. Because the quality of education depends on the quality of teachers. Good teachers' morality is the most critical quality of teachers. Teaching by example is more important than teaching by words, and the personal example of preschool teachers is irreplaceable for the healthy growth of children's minds. Second, education and teaching.
