Through this period of study, I seriously reflected on the shortcomings in my previous work and further updated my education and teaching philosophy, which really benefited a lot. The following is my experience gained through training:
First of all, teachers should have good ethics.
1. Different times have different moral concepts, and different occupations have different moral connotations. From ancient times to the present, no matter which era or occupation, moral concepts must have something in common. A teacher is a model, and a teacher's morality is the soul of a teacher.

2. Love for preschool education, love for children and enthusiasm for education are the first professional codes of conduct that teachers must have. Kindergarten teachers should be caring, patient, careful and responsible. We know that children are young and have physical and psychological characteristics at a specific age. It is inevitable to make mistakes, and it is their nature to talk and sleep dishonestly. As kindergarten teachers, we should be close to them, love them, guide them patiently and cultivate their good behavior habits.
3. Have skilled business skills. The content of modern preschool education includes health, society, language, science and art, which shows that the content of preschool education covers a wide range. Preschool teachers should also have a solid theoretical foundation of education, such as preschool education, preschool psychology, preschool health care, kindergarten education activities guidance, kindergarten management, kindergarten games and so on. Music, art and dance are also the basic skills of preschool teachers.
Secondly, teachers should respect children and attach importance to their naive dreams. Give up any boxes and books, respect children, and let children show their true and dreams to the fullest. Then the teacher will observe and analyze, and then educate and guide them, supplemented by appropriate coercion and planning. This is a natural education. Let children become noble people, early childhood education is the beginning, and the beginning is the most critical. Then the teacher should be tolerant of the children. Tolerance is neither indulgence nor doting. It has rich connotations. Tolerance is the continuation of understanding and the truest and most concrete embodiment of understanding. Tolerance should take many forms, and the certainty of each form must be based on the principle of "opening a lock with a key". Tolerance should also eliminate the interference of bad factors for children, create conditions and point out the reality. In the days of getting along with children, more love and less vanity; More understanding and help, less accusations and criticisms; More tolerance, more patience, less blame and punishment! This will make teachers' career path better.
Finally, teachers should learn to reflect. It should be said that reflection is an effective method to stimulate teachers' self-improvement motivation, mobilize teachers' positive self-thinking and practice, and make them invest in it as the main body, thus improving teachers' educational and teaching concepts, educational and teaching behaviors and abilities in essence. With the change of parents' educational concept, the expectations for children are getting higher and higher. Summary of National Kindergarten Teacher Training
20xx 10, I had the honor to attend the national training class for preschool teachers in Hebei province. First of all, I want to thank the leader for giving me such a rare learning opportunity as an ordinary front-line teacher.
Fortunately, I have listened to many wonderful lectures by experts and professors with my own eyes, and studied, discussed and exchanged discussions with my sisters in many cities. It was really like going back to the campus and listening to the teacher's teachings, which made me have more new understanding of my teaching. Let me realize again that kindergarten teachers are a sacred profession and shoulder the historical responsibility of cultivating the next generation for the motherland. It is easy to be a teacher, but it is not easy to be a good kindergarten teacher. Through this training, I will make the following summary:

On the first day of school, I was lucky enough to listen to Professor Yang's lecture on "Teachers' Morality of Preschool Teachers", which further made me realize the importance of the words "Learn to be a teacher and be a model" to preschool teachers. Because the quality of education depends on the quality of teachers. Good teachers' morality is the most critical quality of teachers. The rights of preschool teachers are greater than those of teachers at any stage of education, so their professional ethics is particularly critical. Teaching by example is more important than teaching by words, and the personal example of preschool teachers is irreplaceable for the healthy growth of children's minds. Therefore, preschool teachers should strengthen the cultivation of teachers' morality, infect and educate children with noble sentiments and good ideological and moral demeanor, set a good example for children, give them positive education, and make them develop healthily both physically and mentally.
Second, education and teaching. In the process of education and teaching, we should "teach every day" and let children learn in the activities and games of the day, just as Dewey said: education is life. Because what kindergarten really wants to give children is good behavior habits, good sense of rules and good growth state. Third, family cooperative education.
