First, prepare for the exam
1. From July 18, all candidates will consciously take their body temperature every day, and apply for a credit health code (hereinafter referred to as "credit health code") through the official WeChat account "Credit Qinghai", so as to avoid all pre-test activities that violate health and epidemic prevention.
"Xinkang Code" can truthfully declare the application on WeChat APP, valid for one day, and need to re-apply after the expiration. The specific application method is as follows:
Search for "Credit Qinghai" → Pay attention to the official WeChat account of "Credit Qinghai" → Click "Xinkang Code" → Click "My Health Code" → Fill in the form truthfully as required → Click "Register" → Click "Confirm Submission" → Take a screenshot, print and sign the day before the exam.
Candidates should arrive in Qinghai province before July 18. If they have abnormal body temperature (≥37.3℃) and related symptoms (dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, diarrhea, etc.). ) Within/0/4 days before the test, or those who have a history of contact with confirmed cases, suspected cases and asymptomatic infected persons in COVID-19, they must consciously accept isolation observation in accordance with the relevant provisions on epidemic prevention and control.
Candidates who return to green after July 18 (including that day) must also provide the negative report (original and copy) of COVID-19 nucleic acid test issued by Qinghai nucleic acid testing medical institution within 7 days before entering the test center to take the test (July 25th-July 3rd1day). Please make an appointment for the test as soon as possible and make sure to get the nucleic acid test report before the test.
4. When logging in to the registration system to print the admission ticket, candidates must truthfully fill in the information such as their living abroad and health status within 14 days, and print the commitment letter of health monitoring for self-taught candidates in Qinghai Province in the first half of 2020. On July 3 1 day, the relevant information should be truthfully filled in and signed for confirmation, and submitted to the invigilator for the record when taking the exam.
Our office will work with the public security department and the disease control department to screen candidates living outside the province and abroad. Anyone who conceals or lies about the key information of epidemic prevention and control, such as residence history, contact history and health status, will be disqualified from the examination and bear corresponding legal responsibilities.
5. Candidates should do a good job of self-protection and pay attention to personal hygiene during the preparation for the exam, and avoid traveling and living in areas with high risk of domestic epidemics or outside the country (territory); Avoid contact with confirmed cases, suspected cases, asymptomatic infected people and people in high-risk areas in COVID-19; Avoid gathering in places where people are highly mobile and crowded.
6. Candidates should reserve enough time in advance to prepare masks (disposable medical masks or surgical masks) when going to the test center to ensure that they take the exam on time. If you are close, you should walk to the test center. When traveling by public transport, you should keep a reasonable distance from others, try to avoid touching the articles on public transport with your hands, wear a mask at all times, and do a good job in hand hygiene.
Second, enter the test center and examination room
1. Candidates entering the test center and examination room must abide by the epidemic prevention and control regulations of the test center in the test area, actively cooperate with the staff for epidemic prevention testing, inquiry and investigation, and accept temperature measurement and disinfection.
2. Candidates are required to provide the following materials:
(1) My ID card, admission ticket, and seat notice in the examination room;
(2) A printed screenshot of "Xinkang Code" with the words "Xinkang Code: Please Pass" within the validity period (signed by myself and submitted 1 copy for each exam);
(3) The printed letter of commitment for health monitoring of self-taught candidates in Qinghai Province in the first half of 2020 (signed by myself, 65438+ 0 copies for each exam);

Candidates with all the above materials, normal body temperature (< 37.3℃), no respiratory symptoms such as cough, can enter the test center and examination room.
3. Candidates with abnormal body temperature (≥37.3℃) need to have a second interview on the spot. If they really have a fever, the person in charge will take them to the isolated examination room to take the exam after comprehensive evaluation by the staff of the on-site CDC.
Third, during the examination period
1. Candidates must consciously abide by the Instructions for Candidates of Self-taught Higher Education Examination in Qinghai Province, maintain the order of the examination, and obey the arrangement of the examination staff.
2. Candidates should bring their own disposable medical masks, and always wear masks when entering and leaving the test center and taking the exam. Take off your mask when verifying your identity and cooperate with the invigilator to verify.
3. During the examination, if candidates have fever and other physical abnormalities, they should immediately stop the examination and report to the invigilator. After being evaluated by the staff of the on-site CDC, they should be properly disposed of according to the regulations.
Fourth, the exam is over.
1. Candidates should leave the venue in an orderly manner according to the instructions of the invigilator. Don't crowd and keep the distance between people.

3. Candidates are strictly forbidden to bring anything into the examination room except 2B pencil, 0.5mm black ink pen, ruler, compass, triangle and eraser. Anyone who carries various transmitting and receiving devices (mobile phones, headphones, etc.). ) and electronic storage memory recording and playback equipment and other prohibited items in the examination room will be treated as violation of discipline or cheating.
