1. Kindergarten widely publicizes the subsidy policy to parents every semester. For children who meet the funding conditions, their guardians shall fill in the basic information and funded projects, submit relevant certification materials and complete the declaration in accordance with the time and requirements stipulated in the Notice of the District Education Bureau on the Issuance of Funding for Preschool Education every semester.

2. Kindergartens shall set up an evaluation team, submit the application for funding and relevant supporting materials to the District Education Bureau for review after preliminary examination in accordance with the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality, and publicize the list of children who have passed the examination in the public notice column of the park for not less than 7 working days.

3. After the publicity, it shall be examined and approved by the District Education Bureau.

4. After approval, the district finance department will transfer the funded funds to the relevant kindergarten accounts, and the relevant kindergartens will distribute them to the recipients through bank transfer. All processes will take about 20 working days to complete.
