Zhu Yongxin gets up at five o'clock.
Zhu Yongxin's father is a primary school teacher. Every morning before going to school, he would wake Zhu Yongxin up from bed and let him practice calligraphy every day.

When I was a child, Zhu Yongxin didn't understand. He was sleeping soundly and was suddenly drafted into the army. He is also very unhappy. But because I have to go to school with my father every day, I get up at 5 o'clock every morning and slowly form a biological clock.

Zhu Yongxin said: "I didn't realize until I was an adult that getting up at five o'clock may be the greatest wealth in my life and the greatest gift I received.

Because every day I have almost two to three hours more time than other peers. Then two or three hours a day, a hundred days is two or three hundred hours, and more than a thousand hours a year, which is a very long time in life.

I have calculated that I work more than others 12 years on average, that is, about three hours a day, and it is pure working time. I believe this is the best gift for my life, and it is also the biggest gift. "

We all know that you maintain a high-intensity work and a continuous reading life. Can you share with us how you usually arrange your day from getting up to going to bed?

Miss Zhu Yongxin: Usually, I get up at about 5 o'clock every morning. After getting up, the first thing is to send Weibo. Sometimes I send it while watching it, and sometimes I send it the next day after watching it on the first day.

Basically, I have several regular columns in Weibo and headlines every day.

The first column is "Children's Book Record", which means I have to read a children's book every day. In most cases, I prepare lessons in advance, read and write them all two days ago, and send them in the morning.

Sometimes the stock is gone, just read it in the morning, read it at the same time, and send it after reading it. This is a column.

The second is "morning reading for new parents". Every morning, I will share my conversation notes with those famous educators and share a paragraph of my favorite educational text. Then how can I understand and interpret it? A passage is called Morning Prayer for New Parents. Mainly for parents, this is over several hundred million. About 600 million people watch our new parents recite in the morning.

The third is "New Education Morning Reading". The morning reading of the new education is a poem given to children every day. I specially edited a set of "New Education Morning Reading", from which I choose a poem to give to my children every day. Every morning, there will be some book introductions called "reading the whole book together".

These are several relatively fixed pillars.

It takes about an hour every morning. After I finish, I usually read books. If I didn't keep a diary the night before, sometimes I will work late, so I will make up my diary in the morning.

So I basically do this kind of work, reading and writing from five to eight in the morning.

Around 7: 30, it will take two and a half hours. I start washing and eating breakfast, and then I usually leave home at 8: 00 and go to work in the office.

After arriving at the office, he usually handles office affairs and meetings, receives friends and people from all over the country to join party member, sometimes participates in the activities of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and sometimes participates in the activities of the Central Committee for the Promotion of Democracy and so on.

There will be a simple lunch at noon, and then rest for about half an hour. In fact, it is very comfortable to sleep for five to ten minutes at noon, and then continue to work in the afternoon, or attend meetings, or handle office affairs, review documents, and handle office affairs with various documents.

I usually go home around five o'clock in the afternoon, eat when I get home, and then continue reading after eating. Sometimes I read some other materials. There will be an exercise and walk around eight o'clock. I used to swim and play table tennis for a while, but in recent years, I have mainly walked for about 40 minutes, at most one hour, at least half an hour.

Exercise every night, then continue to think and arrange some main work for the next day. Prepare a speech when there is a speech, and prepare the materials for attending the meeting when there is a meeting, basically preparing for the next day's work.

Usually go to rest around eleven o'clock, and the arrangement of a day's work is like this.
