Over the past year, I have conscientiously done my job, studied new educational theories, extensively dabbled in all kinds of knowledge, formed a relatively complete knowledge structure, strictly demanded students, respected students, and carried forward teaching democracy, so that students can gain something and improve constantly, so as to continuously improve their teaching level and ideological consciousness, so as to do better in the next school year's education. The following are my teaching experiences and lessons this semester.

Ideological and political aspects:

As a teacher in party member, I deeply feel the importance of thinking and excellent quality. Therefore, in this semester, I will continue to study the education policy of the Party and the country, educational administrative regulations and various rules and regulations formulated by the school, and learn from Comrade party member who has rich business experience, so as to improve my normal quality and truly love and care for students, be a model and teach and educate people. While studying the Party's advanced ideas hard, I also actively participated in party member's "Strive for Excellence" activity, made party member's public commitment letter, and strictly fulfilled the commitments. Make an ideological report to the party organization every quarter, and write personal learning and practical experience.
