Shanghai Education TV Station is a subordinate department of Shanghai Education Commission and an advanced education TV station in China. It was established on February 27th, 1994.
The TV station mainly broadcasts educational, cultural and health programs, as well as TV dramas and documentaries. The channel covers the whole city of Shanghai and broadcasts 20 hours of programs all day. Shanghai Education TV Station broadcasts about 20 hours every day, and the programs are transmitted through cable TV network, IPTV, Oriental Pearl wireless transmission and other channels, and the signals cover the Yangtze River Delta region.
The self-made programs of Shanghai Education TV Station are divided into news and information, health education, humanities records, popular science education, children's variety show, elderly education, public service and large-scale activities.
"Helping Girls" is a well-known livelihood service column in Shanghai, which helps the audience solve "urgent, difficult and troublesome things" and serves the people wholeheartedly, becoming a TV window to pay attention to social conditions and public opinion and a public welfare platform to gather love.
