According to the Notice of the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education on Relevant Matters Concerning the Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers in 20021Year (Teaching Examination Center [2020]1No.5) and the spirit of relevant documents of the Yunnan Provincial Department of Education, the relevant matters concerning the national unified examination for the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers in our province in the second half of 20021Year are hereby announced as follows:

I. Registration and Examination Timetable

(1) Online Registration Time:

1. Registration time: 9:00 on September 2nd to September 5th 17:00.

2. Online review time: September 4th to September 7th 17:00.

3. Online payment time: 24:00 on September 8th.

Examination time: 202111October 30th, and all examination subjects will be conducted by paper and pencil. The specific arrangements are as follows:

According to the Notice of the Ministry of Teacher Affairs of the Ministry of Education on Adjusting the Names of Some Examination Subjects in the Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers (Teacher's Letter [202 1] 14), from June, 20021year, "Primary School Society" was adjusted to "Primary School Morality and Rule of Law". The subject of written examination in junior high school is changed from "knowledge and teaching ability of ideological and moral discipline (junior high school)" to "knowledge and teaching ability of moral and legal discipline (junior high school)". The "ideological and moral character (junior high school)" in junior high school interview subjects is adjusted to "morality and rule of law (junior high school)".

Candidates who apply for mental health education in primary schools, information technology and general education in primary schools, and mental health education in junior high schools and senior high schools are only allowed to take written examinations in subjects 1 and 2, and their subject 3 (subject knowledge and teaching ability) will be assessed together with the interview. "Japanese" and "Russian" are combined with the reality of our province, and the examination will not be held for the time being.

Second, the application conditions

Those who meet the following basic conditions and have not reached the national statutory retirement age can sign up for the teacher qualification examination in our province.

(1) China citizens studying in schools have registered permanent residence or valid residence permit (excluding temporary residence permit);

(two) abide by the Constitution and laws, love education, and have good ideological and moral character;

(3) meeting the physical examination standards for applying for teacher qualification;

(four) meet the academic requirements stipulated in the "Teachers Law".

1. To apply for kindergarten teacher qualification, you should have graduated from kindergarten normal school or above;

2. To apply for the qualification of a primary school teacher, you should have graduated from a secondary normal school or above;

3. To apply for the qualification of a teacher of junior high school culture and professional courses, you should have graduated from a higher normal college or a college degree or above;

4. To apply for the qualifications of teachers in senior middle schools and teachers in cultural courses and professional courses in secondary vocational schools, you should have a bachelor's degree or above; To apply for the qualification of an internship instructor in a secondary vocational school, one should have graduated from a secondary vocational school or above, and have a professional and technical position of assistant engineer or above or a technical level of intermediate worker or above.

(5) Full-time students and postgraduates in the third grade and above in ordinary colleges and universities in Yunnan Province, full-time students in the fifth grade of five-year higher vocational colleges and full-time students in the third grade of three-year secondary normal schools shall apply to their places of study with the proof of studying in China issued by the school. Part-time college degree, not before graduation.

Issued by the Ministry of Education: According to the spirit of the circular, qualified graduate students of master of education and normal students at public expense can participate in the assessment of educational and teaching ability organized by the school or voluntarily participate in the national unified examination for the qualifications of primary and secondary school teachers.

(six) the teacher qualification has been revoked, and it is not allowed to sign up for the exam within 5 years; Those who are deprived of political rights, or who have received criminal punishment of more than fixed-term imprisonment for intentional crimes, may not sign up for the examination. In case of cheating in the teacher qualification examination, it shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for Handling Disciplinary Acts in the National Education Examination (Order No.33 of the Ministry of Education), the Criminal Law Amendment of People's Republic of China (PRC) (IX) and the Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Laws in Handling Cheating Cases in Organizing Examinations (Law Interpretation [20 19] 13).

(VII) According to the spirit of the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education of the State Council Secretariat, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Office, Taiwan Province Province Office on Relevant Issues Concerning the Application for Hong Kong, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents apply for the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers in the Mainland (No.19) and the relevant requirements of the Provincial Department of Education. From 20 19, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who study, work and live in our province shall abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC) (People's Republic of China (PRC)). To support China's leadership, adhere to the socialist direction of running schools, and implement the Party's educational policy, you can sign up for the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers with the valid residence permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents, the mainland pass for Hong Kong and Macao residents and the five-year mainland pass for Taiwan Province residents. The registration conditions, procedures and submission materials are the same as those of other candidates in our province.

Third, the registration process

(1) Online Registration and Registration

Step 1: Log in and register.

Candidates log on to the "Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination Network" () from 9:00 on September 2nd to September 5th, 2002 17:00. Deadline for registration: September 5 17:00.

All candidates (including those who have participated in the national unified written test before) need to register. Candidates are required to fill in the name, choose the certificate type and fill in the certificate number when registering. After completing the registration, fill in the personal information according to the process and upload the electronic photos that meet the requirements.

Photo requirements: I have taken a bareheaded color photo of my face in the last 6 months; The photo size and format are jpg/jpeg, not exceeding 200 K; The photo shows the examinee's head and shoulders, and the white background is preferred. (It is recommended to use tools such as pictures, Photoshop and ACDsee to cut and compress photos. The legend of the photo is as follows:

Electronic photos that are not uploaded as required will not be approved.

This photo will be used for the admission ticket and the examination certificate. Please choose carefully when uploading photos.

Step 2: Select the examination area and examination subjects.

When registering online, candidates should choose their household registration, residence permit or the state or city test area where the school is located (students should choose the test area where the school is located), among which the following test areas have special instructions:

Candidates in other districts and counties of Kunming (Dongchuan District, Jinning District, Fumin County, Yiliang County, Shilin Yi Autonomous County, Luquan Yi and Miao Autonomous County, Xundian Hui and Yi Autonomous County) who do not have a test area, please choose the test area directly under Kunming to apply.

Qujing test area: candidates who are studying in school, registered permanent residence or valid residence permit (temporary residence permit is not allowed) can only choose Xuanwei test area in Xuanwei City, Huize County and Fuyuan County, and candidates from other counties and districts in Qujing City can only choose Qujing test area.

(B) Online candidates information review

The information examination time for online candidates is from September 4th, 202 1 to September 7th 17:00. The online examination of candidates' information is conducted online by the state and municipal admissions examination institutions. Candidates should be responsible for the authenticity and validity of the personal information filled in on the basis of fully understanding the conditions for entering the exam. Unable to participate in the written test, interview or teacher qualification due to false report, concealment of personal information, personal information error and other reasons. Candidates are responsible for themselves.

During the online audit, candidates should log in to the online newspaper system at any time to check their audit status. Candidates who fail the examination must modify their personal information during the examination, re-select the examination category, examination area and examination subjects, and return to the state of waiting for examination only after submitting the correct information, or directly contact the examination area for consultation (see the telephone number of each examination area for contact number).

Those who fail to submit the revised information at the expiration of the review period are deemed to have given up registration, and the candidates' information can only be paid after passing the online review.

(3) Online payment: Deadline: 24:00 on September 8th.

Candidates can pay online fees by logging in to the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination network () after the information of online candidates has passed the examination. Before online payment, please confirm whether the application information is correct again. Once the payment is successful, the candidate's application information will not be changed. After the examination and approval, the candidate will successfully register after paying the fee.

The registration fee for the examination shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Yunnan Provincial Price Bureau and the Yunnan Provincial Department of Finance [2016] No.58, and shall be implemented according to the charging standard for each person/subject in 60 yuan. Once the examination fee is paid, it will not be refunded. Please pay attention.

(IV) Printing time of the admission ticket: Candidates log on to the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination network () on1October 25, 65438-1October 30, and download and print the admission ticket. Candidates will take the exam according to the time, place and other requirements specified in the admission ticket.

(5) Date of publication of written test results: 65438+February 9, candidates log on to the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination network () to check their test results.

Candidates who have objections to their test scores can go to the admissions examination institutions affiliated to the test area within 10 days after the results are announced, and fill out the Application Form for Review of Written Test Results of Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Qualification Examination to apply for review. The scope of review is missing marks, wrong marks and missing questions. The results of the review shall be notified to the candidates by the state and municipal admissions examination institutions, and will not be accepted after the deadline.

Fourth, illegal handling.

The qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers belongs to the category of "national examination prescribed by law" in the Ninth Amendment of People's Republic of China (PRC) Criminal Law. During the examination, candidates who cheat in violation of the examination discipline or provide false certification materials shall be dealt with by the relevant departments in accordance with the Measures for Handling Disciplinary Acts in National Education Examinations (Order No.33 of the Ministry of Education) and the Criminal Law Amendment (IX) of People's Republic of China (PRC).

(3) Candidates must register themselves through the online registration system for primary and secondary school teacher qualification examinations. Training institutions or school groups are prohibited from registering instead of candidates. If there is any violation, the information error and economic loss shall be borne by the candidate himself.

(4) Candidates who have forgotten their passwords can be prompted through the registration system, and the registration system will send the new passwords to the mobile phones provided by the candidates when they register. SMS is an important way for candidates to retrieve their passwords. During the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination, please don't change your mobile phone number.

(five) the written test results are valid for 2 years, and those who pass the written test and interview are provided with the certificate of teacher qualification examination by the examination center of the Ministry of Education, and the certificate of teacher qualification examination is valid for 3 years.
