First, when will the state grants be issued?
High school grants are paid in two installments at the end of each semester. University grants are generally distributed within two months after the start of each semester, and also distributed in two semesters. Of course, the specific institutions will be different. Some of them were sent at the end of the term.
According to Chapter 5, Scholarship, Management and Supervision of the Interim Measures for the Administration of State Scholarships for Ordinary Undergraduate Colleges and Higher Vocational Schools issued by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education in 2007: Article 15 Institutions of higher learning shall issue state scholarships to aided students on a monthly basis. However, this is only a general requirement at the national level, and the specific distribution time varies from province to city. It is understood that at present, there are very few schools that are distributed on a monthly basis. Generally, they are distributed once every semester, and each time is counted as five months. Apply for state grants at the beginning of each academic year (freshmen can apply for one academic year, with a term of 10 month), and the funds should be available before the end of the first semester. For the situation of the school, it is best to consult the counselor or the Political and Educational Affairs Office in detail.
2. When will the subsidy arrive?
Under normal circumstances, the state grants will be paid to the school account twice every academic year. The first half will be paid in the middle of 1 1 at the latest, and the second half will be paid in the middle of April. After the school receives the account, it should be distributed to the aided students on a monthly basis according to the regulations. It is suggested that students can consult the local education bureau about the collection of grants. If the local education bureau has allocated funds, it means that the school has not paid according to the regulations.
There will be differences in the time when grants are distributed in different schools, so there is no uniform time limit for grants to arrive. Generally speaking, most schools distribute grants before and after the end of each semester, and the time when the grants arrive depends on the grant distribution process of each school. You can consult the relevant teachers who manage the grant in the school.
