According to official website of Quzhou Education Bureau, candidates from other provinces can attend Quzhou High School if they meet the following conditions.

1. At least one parent has obtained a residence permit in Zhejiang Province in Quzhou City.

2. The parents have not obtained the residence permit in Zhejiang Province, but registered their household registration, and have a legal and stable job in the local area, signed a labor contract or obtained a business license for one year, have a legal and stable residence and participated in social insurance for one year in accordance with state regulations.
