Community education is an important part of China's education and community construction. Encourage schools and social education and training institutions at all levels to open digital learning resources and services to the community, promote the interconnection of online learning platforms around the country and the sharing of community education digital learning resources, and provide residents with online and offline learning support services in various forms.
