For the question of which candidates are more suitable for repeating, I personally think that candidates in the following three situations are more suitable for repeating:
(1) did not reach its ideal university, and the college entrance examination score was less than 30 points from the target admission score last year.
(2) Candidates whose scores in the college entrance examination are more than 50 points worse than usual are quite different from those in their own mock exams. (3) Unexpected factors, such as: candidates who are abnormal due to physical factors.
According to the policies issued by the Ministry of Education and Hunan Education Department, students can sign up for the new college entrance examination in 2022 as long as they meet the requirements. Among them, repeat students don't have to take the standard examination step by step from the second year of high school, but only need to take the three subjects of Chinese, mathematics and foreign language, and choose the best subject (physics or historical time) and the second subject (organic chemistry, microbiology, physical geography, politics and metallurgy) in the selection examination.
Therefore, the Hunan college entrance examination can still be repeated in 2023, but only private high schools and qualified colleges can be chosen to repeat. The question of whether candidates are suitable for re-reading should be considered according to their actual situation.
