The assistant to the principal is the assistant to the director of the provincial department. In fact, he is at the level, but his position is between the deputy director and the director. The assistant principal is also located between the vice principal and the director (dean), ranking high among school leaders and in charge of some offices.

These levels are:

1. secretary of the school party Committee: director level, presiding over the overall work of the school party Committee.

2. Principal: Director level, presiding over the overall administrative work of the school.

3. Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the school: full-time deputy secretary of the Party Committee, deputy department level, generally in charge of Party Committee Organization Department, Party Committee Propaganda Department, Party Committee United Front Work Department, etc.

4. Party Committee Standing Committee (or Party Committee member) and Vice Chairman: Deputy Department level. There are several party committee members and vice presidents in undergraduate colleges.

5. Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection (Ombudsman): There are secretaries of the Commission for Discipline Inspection at both the deputy departmental level and undergraduate colleges.
