The Ministry of Education has also deployed the proposition work of senior high school entrance examination for many times. In the "Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Proposition of the Senior High School Entrance Examination in 2022", it is also explicitly required that provinces that have not yet implemented the provincial unified proposition should realize the provincial unified proposition of the senior high school entrance examination in 2024.
At present, the senior high school entrance examination in our province is organized by cities and States. According to the relevant person in charge of the Provincial Department of Education, the Institute of Curriculum Textbooks of the Ministry of Education evaluates the quality of propositions every year. Judging from the evaluation, the proposition level of the senior high school entrance examination in cities and States in our province is uneven, and the quality is difficult to guarantee. "Implementing the unified proposition of the senior high school entrance examination at the provincial level is conducive to improving the quality of the proposition, further exerting the guiding role of the examination evaluation, guiding the deepening of the teaching reform of compulsory education, and promoting the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education."
What is the basis for the unified proposition at the provincial level in the senior high school entrance examination? According to the relevant person in charge of the Provincial Department of Education, the senior high school entrance examination proposition takes into account the "two-in-one" functional orientation of the junior high school graduation examination and the senior high school entrance examination, highlights the core literacy orientation of the subject, and pays attention to examining students' basic knowledge and skills as well as their thinking process, innovative consciousness and ability to analyze and solve problems.
Combined with the characteristics of different disciplines, the structure of test questions should be set reasonably to improve the inquiry, openness and comprehensiveness of test questions, and strange questions should not appear. In strict accordance with the curriculum standard proposition, we must not exceed the standard proposition and arbitrarily expand or narrow the scope of the examination content, and we must not take the high school curriculum content, subject competition questions and off-campus training content as the examination content.
At present, Chinese, morality, rule of law and history in junior high schools in cities (states) use unified textbooks, but there are differences in the versions of textbooks used in other disciplines. Does this affect the unified proposition of the provincial senior high school entrance examination? The relevant person in charge of the Provincial Department of Education said that the unified proposition of the senior high school entrance examination in the province is based on curriculum standards rather than specific textbook propositions. In the process of proposition, the proposer will also seriously consider the use of different versions of textbooks in cities (States), so it will not affect the test scores of candidates because of the different versions of textbooks in cities (States).
