Intravenous injection skills: intravenous injection is not a difficult skill to learn, as long as you can master it skillfully through the correct learning process and regular practice. Intravenous injection is usually stressful and time-consuming, especially at the scene of a disaster. Therefore, continuous implementation at ordinary times is the only way to increase skills. In addition, there are n kinds of special intravenous injection techniques. 1. Injecting large-caliber venous indwelling needle: The advantage of injecting large-caliber venous indwelling needle is that it can improve the infusion speed and is conducive to the first aid of shock patients, and larger blood vessels should also be selected. However, the blood vessels of shock patients usually collapse, which is not conducive to the injection of large-diameter intravenous indwelling needles. However, the following methods can be implemented: (1) First inject a small intravenous indwelling needle, connect the soft bag infusion (2), tie a hemostatic bag on the limb above the injection point, pressurize the soft bag infusion, and observe the venous swelling at the same time. When the vein is found to be swollen, stop the infusion of the pressurized soft bag, close the drip control door, maintain the vein filling phenomenon and prevent the vein from breaking on the filled vein (3). Deep vein injection technology: When the collapsed blood vessels are unavailable in some cases, it is necessary to use deep vein injection technology, which is located in jugular vein and femoral vein, and requires a longer injection needle. The injection site needs to be disinfected, and the injection steps are the same as before. 3. Rapid infusion method: When the patient is in a state of severe shock and needs infusion to save life, the rapid infusion method must be used, and the maximum infusion can be 1000-2000CC (1) within 5 minutes. Use large-diameter venous indwelling needles (2) to make more than two venous indwelling needles (3) use soft bag infusion or quick infusion sleeve (which can be pressurized).
Veins of limbs are usually injected on the back of the hand, which is convenient for fixation and walking. If the blood vessel is flat, it is difficult to find it because of frequent injection, so it is injected at the foot. Materials: tourniquet, sterile cotton wool, bandage, infusion set. Steps: firstly, sterilize the bottle mouth, hang it upside down on the infusion stand, insert the infusion set into the bottle mouth, exhaust the air inside, find the vein, and tie a tourniquet about 3 ~ 5 cm above the needle entry site (if the patient holds his fist on the back of his hand, the blood vessel is obviously easy to find), then sterilize the injection site, insert the needle, immediately loosen the tourniquet when the blood returns, put a cotton head on the needle, fix it with a bandage, and use the remaining bandage. The speed depends on the efficacy of the drug. Note: the infusion set should be completely vented, and it is not easy to insert the blood vessel too deep. After insertion, wait for two or three minutes to see if there is any swelling in the place where it is tied. If it is necessary to put the roller aside, it should be fastened again.
