-Reflections on Listening to Adaptive Education Class
On that day, the college held an adaptive education class; On that day, I solved the contradictions and doubts in my heart; On that day, I made clear the direction of study and determined the goal of study.
When I stepped into the campus, I found that the ideal university is different from the university in life. The ideal university may only be interpreted by everyone. Every freshman has to go through the transition from high school students to college students, and this process needs the careful guidance of college leaders and teachers. The college held this adaptive education class at the right time, which made me know more about what a real university should be like.
I was deeply impressed by the affability of Secretary Wang Min. Her motherly kindness and word-for-word exhortation soon made me forget that I was in a foreign land and far away from my relatives. I believe that with these good leaders and teachers of the Institute of Education, we are back home, but this is a bigger family.
"Learn to survive, learn to learn, learn to be a man" is the premise of starting college life. I believe that I will live up to the expectations of the leading teachers and be a person who can survive, learn and be a man. A lot of words such as "admitted" and "admitted" in college have helped me find the motivation and goal of college life.

The idea of the first day
This is the first day of military training. Although it was a hard day, it was very fulfilling.
The word "military training" is no stranger to us. We also had military training in high school, but this military training is much stricter than before, because we are no longer young and have entered the university, and we need to meet the future challenges with a brand-new look.
Farewell to the college entrance examination, high school life, familiar people and things, and we begin to usher in that enviable university life.
At the beginning of college life, strict military training has been ushered in. Although the day's training is hard, it's time to be strict with us. The instructor made a strict training plan for us, asking us to observe discipline and not allowing anyone to be late or leave early. I believe this will also play a certain role in our future life. Military training has honed our will and enhanced our endurance.
Military training can also enhance our sense of collective honor. March, run, walk, etc. All students need to coordinate with each other to keep the whole team in a neat and orderly pace.

Everything in college is new to me. The first course on campus is military training. Looking at myself in military uniform in the mirror, I have a reverence for the soldiers, and suddenly I feel that the burden on my shoulders is much heavier. The instructor said that wearing a military uniform should be like a soldier, and discipline should be observed. Maybe this is the reason!
In a "at ease" and "stand at attention" sound, we ushered in the first day of military training life, which is curious! It's excitement! I realized the fighting spirit and the strength of unity and forge ahead of the soldiers.
Looking at the instructor coming to the training ground with neat steps, the relaxed mood suddenly became tense. No one dares to be careless, because on the training ground, we must obey the instructor's orders and listen to all actions. This is the first quality that a soldier should have!
Although I don't know what will be more arduous training in our future military training life, I believe that in the future training, no matter how hard and tired we are, our passion will not be diluted, because I always believe that efforts will have fruitful results. Although we broke out in a sweat and shouted that we were too tired during military training, all these laid the foundation for us to better adapt to the new environment in the future. Military training has taught us to observe discipline, live in harmony with our classmates, and live and study in a down-to-earth manner.
