According to the Measures for Open Recruitment of Institutions in Jiangsu Province (Su Ban Fa [2011] No.46), combined with the actual situation of teachers in our district, and in accordance with the principles of total control, scientific post setting and supplementary according to needs, it is decided to openly recruit teachers for the society through research. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Recruitment plan, objectives and application conditions
1. Recruitment Plan
20 14 28 teachers are openly recruited in our district. For specific positions, please refer to the gaogang district 20 14 Open Recruitment Plan for Teachers (attachment 1).
2. Recruitment objectives
(1) 2012-2014 full-time teachers' college graduates who apply for pre-school education and meet the policy resettlement conditions are not subject to household registration restrictions. Other personnel must have gaogang district household registration or be gaogang district students (referring to fresh graduates).
Those who meet the policy resettlement conditions include: the husband and wife are separated (the spouse's household registration is in gaogang district); Military wives who meet the requirements of the army; Parents have no children (parents are registered in gaogang district or have fixed property in gaogang district and live for a long time).
(2)20 12-20 14 graduates with bachelor degree or above in normal universities, with unlimited household registration.
(3)20 12-20 14 Full-time college graduates majoring in music, sports and fine arts with bachelor degree or above, and their household registration is not limited.
(4) Under the age of 35 (born after April 29th, 1978), full-time graduate students with a master's degree or above at the undergraduate or postgraduate level in normal universities, with unlimited household registration.
3. Application conditions
(1) Be loyal to the Party's educational cause, abide by laws and regulations, and have good conduct;
(two) to obtain the teacher qualification certificate and the Putonghua proficiency test grade certificate corresponding to the subject of the examination;
(3) having the academic qualifications required by the subject;
(4) other qualifications required for applying for the subject;
(5) Being in good health and having the physical conditions to perform their duties normally.
Second, the recruitment process
This recruitment is organized by Taizhou gaogang district Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (hereinafter referred to as District People's Social Security Bureau) and Taizhou gaogang district Education Bureau (hereinafter referred to as District Education Bureau), and it is implemented according to the steps of issuing brochures, initial registration and qualification examination, written examination, qualification review, interview, physical examination, investigation (political examination), public position selection, publicity and employment. Details are as follows:
(1) Publish the general rules.
According to the principle of "advance notice, openness and transparency", the District People's Social Security Bureau and the District Education Bureau announced to the public through Gaogang TV Program Center, Gaogang City Channel, Gaogang Government Network, Gaogang Human Resources and Social Security Network, Taizhou Education Talent Network and Gaogang Education Network before registration.
(2) Registration and prequalification
1. Registration time
April 29 -30, 20 14, 9: 00 am-165438+0: 30 pm and 2:30-5:00 pm every day.
2. Place of registration

3. Registration method
Registration is conducted by on-site registration (online, letter and telephone registration are not accepted). If I have difficulty in on-site registration, I can entrust others to register on my behalf. If you entrust others to register on your behalf, you must also provide the original and photocopy of the power of attorney and the client's ID card. The following information must be submitted when registering:
(1) The applicant's second-generation valid identity card, household registration book (household registration certificate), full-time college graduates' registration card, graduates' two-way employment recommendation form, graduation certificate, teacher qualification certificate and Putonghua proficiency test grade certificate, etc. (The graduation certificate, teacher qualification certificate and Putonghua proficiency test grade certificate of 20 14 fresh graduates can be provided until the public selection, the same below).
Commissioned, directed and jointly organized college graduates of the 20th14th session shall provide the certificate of consent to enter the examination issued by the entrusted, directed and jointly organized unit and its institution.
Candidates who meet the policy resettlement conditions, in addition to providing materials according to the requirements of the brochure, if the husband and wife live in both places, should issue a marriage certificate, gaogang district ID card and household registration book (household registration certificate); If the parents have no children, the parents' household registration (real estate) certificate in gaogang district, the one-child certificate or the childless parents' certificate issued by the local police station or town government (street office) shall be issued. ; Military spouses who meet the requirements of being embedded in the army shall be issued with approval documents by the political department at or above the military division (brigade).
The originals and copies of the above documents must be provided.
(2) I recently bareheaded two color photos of the same edition 1 inch, and paid the registration fee of 98 yuan. Graduates from poor families will go through the formalities of reducing or exempting the examination fee with the low-income guarantee.
4. Matters needing attention in registration
(1) Applicants should fill in the Application Form for Open Recruitment of Teachers in gaogang district (hereinafter referred to as the Application Form) according to their own conditions and the provisions of this Chapter.
(2) Applicants can only choose one subject to register. The majors studied and the teacher qualification certificates held should be consistent with the professional conditions of the reported disciplines. See the Professional Reference Catalogue of Open Recruitment Teachers in gaogang district 20 14 (Annex 2) for the professional categories. The professional requirements of applicants are different from the required majors, but I think they are similar majors. You can submit a written application to the District People's Social Security Bureau. After approval, the applicant can register according to normal procedures. The deadline for adding professional catalogs is April 30th morning 12.
(3) Applicants should correctly understand and grasp the requirements of the recruitment position and their own conditions, truthfully fill in the registration information according to the post requirements, and take full responsibility for the authenticity and accuracy of the reported subjects. If the content is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, once verified, the examination and employment qualification will be cancelled.
(4) According to the information provided by the applicants in the registration form, the recruiting unit conducts a preliminary examination in accordance with the provisions of the General Articles of Association, and cancels the qualifications of candidates who do not meet the registration conditions. If the preliminary examination fails, it can be reported to other qualified disciplines.
(5) After the registration, if the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of recruitment plans is less than 3: 1, the recruitment department of Taizhou public institutions will reduce or cancel the recruitment plan, and relevant information will be published through the website published in this brochure. Discipline-related personnel whose recruitment plan has been cancelled can change to other qualified disciplines within the specified time. Supplementary registration time: 9: 00 am-10: 00 am on May 4th.
Candidates who have passed the preliminary qualification examination will take their valid identity documents to the human resources market of the District People's Social Security Bureau to receive the written test admission ticket at 2: 30-5: 00 pm on May 8, 20 14.
(3) written examination
The written test takes the form of a closed book, with a full score of 100, and 60 as a qualified line (including 60 points). Those who fail are not allowed to enter the next link, and the written test scores are rounded to two decimal places. The written test does not specify a review book. The written test consists of public knowledge and professional knowledge, with public knowledge accounting for 30% and professional knowledge accounting for 70%. Public knowledge includes pedagogy, psychology, educational theory, educational laws and regulations and other related knowledge.
The written test time is 20 14 May at 8: 30- 10. Please refer to the written admission ticket for the location and matters needing attention. The written test results are published on the designated website.
(4) Qualification examination
According to the written test results, the interviewers are determined according to the ratio of the number of people in the recruitment plan from high to low 1:3 (the same score in the follow-up), and those who are less than 1:3 participate in the interview according to the actual number.
For candidates participating in the interview, the District People's Social Security Bureau, the District Education Bureau, the District Supervision Bureau and other departments will conduct qualification examination when issuing the interview notice. At that time, candidates must provide the original and photocopy of household registration book (household registration certificate), registration certificate, recommendation form for graduates' two-way employment choice, graduation certificate, Putonghua proficiency test grade certificate, teacher qualification certificate, etc. (After the fresh graduates of 2065438+2004 put forward in writing, they can postpone the selection of public positions) and participate in the qualification review in the District People's Social Security Bureau. If there are vacancies due to unqualified qualification review or abandonment, the candidates who pass the written test among the classmates will be replenished from high score to low score. Pay the interview fee 100 yuan.
(5) Interview
The full score of the interview is 100, and 60 is the qualified line (including 60 points). Those who fail are not allowed to enter the next link. The interview is conducted in different disciplines, and the interview form of Chinese, mathematics and English subjects is lectures (including defense); The interview forms of music, physical education, fine arts and preschool education are lectures plus professional skills tests (the comprehensive interview scores are calculated according to the proportion of lectures and professional skills tests accounting for 50% respectively). Please refer to the interview notice for the interview time, place and matters needing attention. After the interview results are reviewed by the examination room supervisor, the examiner will announce them on the spot.
Teaching materials: Chinese, mathematics, English, music and art are the Soviet educational materials currently used in gaogang district; Physical education is "a book for physical education teachers to prepare lessons"; Preschool education is a teacher's guide book for Comprehensive Activity Curriculum in Kindergarten.
After the interview, the comprehensive scores of candidates are calculated according to the proportion of written test scores and interview scores accounting for 50% respectively, and the comprehensive scores are rounded to two decimal places.
(6) Physical examination
According to the comprehensive scores of candidates (if the comprehensive scores are the same, the written test scores will be determined according to the written test scores of candidates, and if the written test scores are still the same, a written test will be organized separately), and the medical examiners will be determined from high to low according to the recruitment plan1:1,and will be published on the designated website.
On-the-job staff and fresh graduates who have signed the employment agreement must provide proof that their units agree to apply for the examination when receiving the medical examination notice, otherwise their medical examination qualification will be cancelled. The time of physical examination shall be subject to the notice of physical examination, and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by yourself. Physical examination standards are organized and implemented with reference to the newly revised General Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation) and Operation Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation). If there are vacancies due to abandonment of medical examination or unqualified medical examination, the candidates who have passed the written examination and interview will be replenished in order of comprehensive scores from high to low.
(7) Investigation (political examination)
The District People's Social Security Bureau and the District Education Bureau will jointly organize an inspection (political examination) for those who have passed the medical examination according to the relevant provisions of the Notice on Further Improving the Inspection of Civil Servants in Jiangsu Province (Su People's Social Development [20 13] 165). In any of the following circumstances, the inspection (political examination) is unqualified, and the qualification for transferring the post is cancelled: 1. Having received criminal punishment and reeducation through labor; 2. Violating the criminal law and being exempted from criminal punishment; 3. Being expelled from public office, party membership and student status; 4 in the past three years by demerit, demotion, dismissal, probation; 5. Being dismissed by an organ or institution in the past three years; 6. Violating the national family planning policy; 7. Those who have not been dismissed from disciplinary action or are suspected of violating discipline and law are under investigation; 8. There are other violations of laws and regulations or other provisions that are not suitable for education and teaching. If there is a vacancy due to unqualified inspection (political examination), the candidates who have passed the written test and interview will be replenished according to the comprehensive scores from high to low.
(8) Open selection of posts
Those who pass the inspection (political examination) will receive the notice of transferring positions with their ID cards. At the same time, 20 14 fresh graduates must provide the original and photocopy of graduation certificate, teacher qualification certificate and Putonghua proficiency test grade certificate required for applying for the post. Can't provide, give up automatically. Please refer to the post selection notice for the specific time, place and matters needing attention.
According to my ID card and transfer notice, the transfer personnel will transfer posts from high score to low score in turn. The selected post must be attended by the applicant himself, and each person is limited to one post in the reported subject. Once a position is selected, it cannot be changed, and those who do not choose a position will automatically give up. When a job vacancy occurs, candidates who have passed the written test and interview will be replenished from high score to low score according to their comprehensive scores. After the position is selected, if the selected position is abandoned by the applicant, the missing position will not be filled.
(9) Publicity and employment
After the selection of open positions, the employees to be hired will be publicized on Gaogang Human Resources and Social Security Network and Gaogang Education Network for 7 working days. After publicity without objection, the employment and recruitment procedures shall be handled according to the Interim Measures for the Employment System of Public Institutions in Taizhou. After the probation period expires, those who pass the examination will go through the formalities of regularization and grading, and those who fail will be disqualified.
Third, discipline and supervision.
Open recruitment of teachers strictly implements the principle of "openness, equality, competition and merit-based", strictly abides by the prescribed conditions, procedures and standards, strictly observes the recruitment discipline, acts impartially, and prohibits fraud and malpractice. Once found, immediately cancel the candidate's examination or employment qualification. Recruitment is subject to the supervision of gaogang district discipline inspection and supervision organs and the whole society. Staff who violate the discipline of examination and employment will be dealt with severely according to relevant regulations once verified.
