Some people say that a teacher's life is like a long sentence, with hardship as the attribute, patience as the adverbial and enthusiasm as the complement. Others say that a teacher's life is like a root sign, and piles of homework are prescribing countless prescriptions for his youth. In fact, these are only half right, because for teachers who pursue educational ideals, education is not a rigid repetition, but a creation of mind and knowledge; Education is not a means to make a living, but the whole of life! Education is not just paying and sacrificing, but gaining and enjoying, and enjoying our lifelong educational happiness!
1996, I came to the hot land of Tuha with infinite expectation for the future. From the first day I stood on the podium, I told myself: I want all the students I have taught to be glad that they had such an enlightenment teacher when they grew up! In a blink of an eye, 12 years passed quickly. 12 years, I don't know how many unforgettable days I have experienced in my teaching career. During this period, I had many frustrated hesitations, but I gained more success and joy. I am always glad that I am still firmly standing on the three-foot platform, and I know that this is the position I should stick to. On this stage, I work hard, I struggle, I struggle, I shed passion and sweat, and I paint my own world and style. In July this year, my third batch of students graduated again, which is the third cycle of my primary school teaching career. At the graduation party to say goodbye to the children, I looked at the familiar and immature faces and remembered countless days spent together. I cried. I always wanted to send them out as soon as possible, but suddenly I felt so empty and reluctant. The children cried, too. I know they can't bear to part with me, but they begged me, the teacher, to take us to junior high school! Teachers' Day and Mid-Autumn Festival students who are already in junior high school come to see me in batches. Some parents call me on holidays when their children are already in junior high school. Some parents have heard that my children are going to school, and even recommended extra-long classes to me ... Every time I put down the phone, my mood can't be calm for a long time. What's not satisfactory? What could be more gratifying than this? Perhaps this is my lonely happiness as a teacher!
Looking back on my work in the past year, I have gained something from my busy work. Now I report to the judges as follows:
Over the past year, I have been the Chinese teacher of Class 6 (1) and Class 6 (2), the head teacher of Class 6 (1), the head of the Chinese preparation group of Grade 5 and 6, and the head of the Chinese teaching and research group of primary schools.
First, feel the joy of education in educating people.
Having worked as a class teacher for twelve years, I feel more and more deeply that a teacher is a job of shaping people's hearts, especially the influence of an enlightenment teacher on children's growth path. Out of this responsibility, I care for every young heart. Always lose no time to send a self-confidence to children with inferiority; Send a calm to extreme students; Send a smile to underachievers, so that students can always feel the care of teachers and live in a warm group.
In order to encourage every child to grow up with encouragement, I launched a group integral competition system in Class 6 (1): on the basis of students' voluntary combination, the whole class was divided into groups of 7-8 people in each group, and each group of students worked together to set goals and take a distinctive name, such as study group, Lei Feng group, breakthrough group, forward group and so on. Then, according to the school rules and regulations, combined with the detailed rules of class management, the group integral competition system is implemented, and quantitative assessment is carried out in learning, discipline, health, two exercises and activity performance. The group with the highest score every week will be fully praised at the class meeting on Friday, and then introduce the scoring experience. Finally, I will issue a special "certificate of honor" (the cover of that certificate is made of the certificate of honor I once won), and all the students who got this certificate are very happy and honored. Facts have proved that the single-point competition system makes students of different levels in the class feel a sense of accomplishment. The prestige of outstanding students in the class is increasing day by day because of more points, forming a positive force in the class and becoming the leader of the class; Normal students are most easily ignored by teachers. With the integral system, they find that they can make contributions to the group through hard work, and sometimes even surpass outstanding students, which greatly enhances their sense of accomplishment. There are two kinds of underachievers, one is underachievers with weak ability. For such students, they may get little extra points in their studies, so they will try their best to express themselves in other ways and give full play to their specialties, so as to find more sense of accomplishment than usual; For those underachievers with bad behavior habits, perhaps more scores are the potential binding force and positive guidance for them. Even if there is a little progress, it will be discovered and affirmed in time, and naturally there will be a little sense of accomplishment. The system of group integral competition is an important measure of our class management, which shows great advantages and functions in class management. Since I worked as a class teacher, I am most proud that the class collective I led has won the regular demonstration class of moral education in the school for many times, won the "Top Ten Class Collective" in the branch, won the "Red Flag Squadron" in the region and won the honorary title of "Red Flag Demonstration Squadron" in the autonomous region, which is the only collective in the education branch that has won this honor. In the days when I worked hard with my students, I gained the happiness of their healthy growth and self-success.
Second, experience the joy of education in teaching practice
I like Chinese since I was a child, and now I am a Chinese teacher. Wandering in the Chinese world every day is really a great enjoyment. Mr. Lv Shuxiang once said: "30% of children's language ability comes from the classroom, while 70% actually comes from extracurricular reading." In order to introduce the children into the temple of books, I carefully selected some touching stories in Reader magazine, even some wonderful fragments of Wolf Totem, and read them to the children in class. I held a book club once a week to give them the opportunity to exchange books and stimulate their reading interest. The charm of books is endless. Children were soon introduced into the world of books by me. After arriving at school in the morning, there were no more frolicking children. They are all immersed in their favorite books and read aloud. Some parents have reported that children are so obsessed with reading that they even have to hold books in the toilet and don't sleep when reading every night. In the dialogue with books and masters, students initially understand what is justice, what is kindness, what is beauty and what is ugliness. Qianshan, an extracurricular reading, attracts, influences and nurtures children.
Composition has always been the focus and difficulty of Chinese teaching. Through years of teaching practice, I gradually formed my own set of ideas and methods of composition teaching. I have always believed that to write a good article, we must take children's life as the origin, emotion as the excitation point and reading accumulation as the basic point, in order to write a dynamic article. In a school-wide composition seminar on "hand", I designed a "feeling of one hand" practice class with Tian Tao, a child with an injured hand in my class, as the trigger, and achieved good results. According to the teaching cases compiled in this course, Stimulating Creative Enthusiasm in Experience-A Case of Writing Teaching with First-hand Experience won the first prize of the National Innovative Writing Seminar. The article was also published in the seventh issue of New Composition magazine. In June this year, in the autonomous region primary school Chinese writing teaching thesis competition, my writing teaching case "Complaining Meeting" won the first prize again. In the profession of teachers, I constantly realize the double happiness from my own growth and the improvement of education and teaching level.
Third, share the happiness of education in teaching and research.
Our primary school Chinese group is a dynamic team, and the team is relatively young. It is precisely because this team is relatively young that teaching is multi-level. Young teachers are enthusiastic and innovative, but at the same time, due to lack of work experience, teaching is blind and needs systematic professional guidance to grow up as soon as possible. In order to provide a platform for young teachers to develop and grow up, I actively organized various activities, such as open classes in the group, diagnostic classes, special-grade teachers watching video classes, and also organized teachers to actively participate in various paper competitions in the autonomous region. Under my leadership, the primary school Chinese teaching and research group has grown rapidly. In September 2007, he was awarded the honorary title of "Star Teaching and Research Group" by the school. Our teacher won the first prize of 1, the second prize of 1, and the second prize of1,and two third prizes in the training activities of the sub-bureau. The comprehensive results of the teaching and research group won the first place in the sub-bureau and the first place in the award-winning teaching and research group. In the autonomous region primary school Chinese writing teaching thesis competition held in July this year, all ten teachers in our group won prizes, including three first prizes, three second prizes and four third prizes. In the common improvement and development with my colleagues, I share the happiness of educational growth with them.
Fourth, taste the happiness of education in self-growth.
2008 was a breakthrough year in my teaching career. I always like to write short articles, but I never thought I could compile books. Entrusted by the school, I independently compiled the school-based textbook "Chinese Studies" for primary schools, which has been distributed to all primary school students. As a special textbook for Chinese studies in our school, it has been well received by leaders and teachers.
I am usually good at accumulating and summarizing, and my papers have won many awards, which has given me great encouragement. Awards in the 2007-2008 academic year:
1, won the first prize in the essay "My Moral Education Story" held by the sub-bureau and exchanged it at the general meeting of the whole sub-bureau.
2. This year, it won the third prize of 2 1 1 primary school teacher training activity competition.
3. In the "My 2008 Olympic Games" sports knowledge competition in the autonomous region, I won the "Excellent Tutor" award, the second prize at the provincial level and the third prize at the provincial level.
4. On June 1 2007, Zhou Xiaofei published an article "Disciples' Treasure Hunting Rules" in Tuha Oil Newspaper.
I got the title of "excellent class teacher" in the branch.
6. The paper "Sudden Youth Events" was published in the magazine "Class Teacher",No. 12, 2007.
7. The paper "Stimulating Creative Enthusiasm in Emotional Experience" was published in New Composition magazine.
8. The paper "Let the class sail in the ocean of self-management" won the second prize of the national "Advanced Seminar on Improving the Quality of Primary and Secondary School Class Teachers".
9. The paper "Adolescent Emergencies" won the second prize of "Advanced Seminar on Improving the Quality of Class Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools".
10, the paper "Complaints Meeting in Composition Class" won the first prize in the autonomous region primary school Chinese writing teaching paper competition.
1 1. In the reading contest of Chinese studies in primary schools held by foreign language schools, the immortal soul of China, which I designed and recited, won the first prize in one fell swoop.
12. At the commemorative meeting of the 87th anniversary of the founding of the Party on July 1 day, party member told stories on behalf of the school party branch, which was well received.
There is an attitude called enjoyment and a feeling called happiness. Learn to smile and enjoy life, and know how to sow happiness and reap happiness. Let's face our education with an enjoyable attitude. I think the happiness of education will always accompany our educational life. ...
Enthusiasm for education is magma hidden in the ground and lightning buried in the clouds. Burning passion will melt the barriers in students' hearts, destroy the barriers of knowledge and improve the quality of life of teachers.
Passion burning is a philosophical category, with quality, quantity and degree. Improving the quality of burning passion is the ultimate pursuit of teachers, controlling the quantity of burning passion is the basic strategy of effective education, and the degree of burning passion of teachers is an important guarantee to realize educational happiness. Let passion science burn, and teachers' educational ideals will not be far away.
Excellent teachers will always ignite their passion for education and students' enthusiasm for learning at the right place and time. The flaming picture painted by teachers and students is the most beautiful and harmonious chapter in our educational journey.
Burning the passion of education, teachers will be like a phoenix in the fire, reborn after nirvana.
First, the source of happiness in education
A passionate teacher must have a great sense of happiness, and passion makes the happiness of education more lasting and stronger. Similarly, teachers with abundant educational happiness have the strongest educational passion. It can be said that the happiness and passion of education complement each other and are closely related. But the work of teachers is trivial. Where is their happiness? Faced with complicated but monotonous repetitive homework, naughty students who preach repeatedly but are ineffective, and more and more exam-oriented education, I am afraid many teachers will ask: Where is happiness? Where is the passion of education?
A survey in Chongqing shows that 60% of teachers are unhappy. Why are 60% teachers unhappy? Work is too busy to care about happiness or not. The survey shows that 75% of teachers work 10- 12 hours a day; 20% teachers work 8- 10 hours a day. The results of a questionnaire survey conducted by Guangzhou Institute of Educational Sciences on more than 0/000 teachers in Guangzhou show that most teachers feel heavy work pressure and their professional happiness is not high. 16.6% of teachers agree that "if I have another chance, I would rather not choose to be a teacher"; However, only 1 1.2% of teachers agree that "the job is stable, the income is objective, and it is respected by the society". Various realities show that teachers' professional happiness is very low. Since there is no happiness in education, where is the passion for work? Let alone ignite the passion of work.
From this perspective, are teachers really willing to waste time and "delay" their lives in such a profession without passion and happiness?
Actually, it is not. "True happiness can only be realized when you truly realize the value of life." Objectively speaking, the key to teachers' professional happiness lies in their own attitude towards life, whether teachers' needs are met, whether their potential is brought into play and whether their strength is enhanced. Only in this way can happiness continue and passion never end. But to what extent and with what frequency depends on the development level of educational happiness.
There are levels of educational happiness. Accordingly, the intensity of educational passion is also different. Maslow's hierarchy needs theory expounds people's hierarchy needs theory from two aspects. First, man is an animal with needs, and his needs depend on what he has got and what he lacks. Only unmet needs can affect his behavior. The demand that has been met can no longer play an incentive role. Secondly, people's needs have light and heavy levels. After one level is met, another level of needs appears. When teachers get a certain degree of educational happiness, they will go to a higher level, and those low-level factors that once brought educational happiness will no longer work. Therefore, teachers' feelings about educational happiness are developing and changing, and their requirements for educational happiness are constantly improving.
When we call for teachers' educational passion, we should explore the source of teachers' professional happiness. Only by rooting out the root causes can teachers' educational passion continue to burn. "Ask the canal to be so clear, because there is running water at the source." What are the sources of teachers' professional happiness?
1, fame and fortune
"A gentleman is figurative, and a villain is figurative." Traditional intellectuals are ashamed to talk about interests. It seems that as long as fame and fortune are mentioned, the realm of teachers is not high, and teachers' morality becomes a problem. In the teaching profession, educators are often instilled with lofty ideas such as dedication and selflessness. Our media also spare no effort to promote similar values. A series of touching reports poured out: some teachers taught students bit by bit, and some died young because of overwork. It seems that a teacher can't be a teacher unless he "does his best and dies".
Teachers are people who live in society, even groups who live above society. They have a hard life, great pressure, high social expectations and low economic status. Teachers have what Maslow called five levels of needs. Mr. Lu Xun said: "People must live first, and love can be attached." With the improvement of teachers' quality of life and social status, teachers will have enough energy to cope with the heavy education and teaching work, educate people with peace of mind and teach silently, and their professional happiness will be stronger.
It's hard to imagine what kind of professional dignity a teacher has all day. A teacher who accepts the cynicism of the leisure class and the bourgeoisie all day is still qualified to talk about educational ideals. A teacher who can't even talk about dignity can't talk about happiness, and he doesn't have the passion of an ideal teacher. Therefore, poverty is not glory, and inferiority is not pride.
To make teachers the most enviable profession in society, we must let them enjoy the happiness of education, improve their economic and social status, and give them considerable recognition in fame and fortune. In 2009, the state took the lead in implementing performance pay in education posts, which greatly improved the economic treatment of teachers. Also in 2009, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Education jointly commended 500 "advanced collectives in the national education system", 83 1 "national model teachers" and "advanced workers in the national education system". The Ministry of Education also commended 20 14 "National Excellent Teachers" and "National Excellent Educators", awarded 65 1 6 "Sixth National Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award" and awarded 100 "Fifth College Teaching Master Award" to college teachers. These honors have made the teachers who have been working silently in the front line of education and teaching feel the glory of their profession and give them a shot in the arm. These measures send a signal that teachers' professional happiness will only be enhanced when their economic status and social status are improved; Teachers' professional happiness will be enhanced, teachers' passion will be ignited, and our education will be high-quality and efficient.

In 2002, I was also fortunate to be one of the backbone teachers in the city. Because of the evaluation of the backbone teacher, people around him respect him and pay special attention to him. I know this is an affirmation of my previous work and a new goal for myself: I want to be a special teacher and a scholar teacher. It should be said that the next few years were the fastest growing period for me. My teaching style is gradually formed, my knowledge is gradually enriched, my manners are gradually mature, my classroom is more exciting, and the combination of education, scientific research and teaching practice is increasingly close. I know I still need to improve a lot. I want to put the concept of composition teaching research into practice, so that students have a wonderful pen and a bright heart. Read more books, guide students, and let themselves grab treasures in the ocean of knowledge; We should continue to study the test questions in depth, find out more regular things and improve students' learning efficiency. ...
This is an excerpt from the author's growth log. The directional stimulation of fame has brought me a sense of satisfaction and happiness, and also stimulated my self-motivation. It made me clear my direction-to be a scholar-type teacher, and even found my own shortcomings: I need to improve in writing teaching research, reading and test research.
As a front-line teacher, the author knows the important role of teachers' fame in teachers' professional happiness. Some teachers may begin to approach and love their work because of a praise from the leader; Some teachers will be commended by their superiors for their excellent exam results and begin to re-examine their career pursuit; Some teachers will begin to love their classes because they have won a class. The motivation to become famous brings professional satisfaction. An effective honor sequence sets goals for teachers and helps them develop higher and further. Teachers are happy because of honor and perfect because of pioneering.
Therefore, in order to encourage teachers to love education and improve their professional happiness, the state has established a teacher honor system and a professional title system. The establishment of these systems is like the "catfish effect", which makes the teaching profession full of competitive vitality and greatly improves and promotes the professional growth and development of teachers. Teachers' professional happiness is like unearthed seedlings, growing in competition; Teachers' professional passion, like a spark, is ignited in the promotion of fame.
In addition to professional titles and honors, teachers' economic status is also an important source of their professional happiness. When I was a child, I often heard adults tell the story of Mr. Xue eating fish in the village: when Mr. Wang eats fish, he usually only eats half of it at a meal, and then turns it over after eating. Why do you want to turn it over? It is because from the appearance, the fish is very complete and will not make Mr. Wang poor. Eating a fish for two meals, the life treatment of teachers in the old society can be described as sinister, which is caused by the backward education in old China.
Looking at the present, although the economic status of teachers has improved, the differences in their internal economic status still affect the overall happiness of teachers' profession. A survey shows that the professional happiness of teachers in famous schools is stronger than that of teachers in ordinary schools, and that of teachers in urban schools is stronger than that of teachers in rural areas. Why? In addition to the fame mentioned above, economic reasons account for a large proportion. Teachers in famous schools and urban schools have good welfare and occupy a lot of social resources, which is naturally a place that many teachers yearn for; However, due to various reasons, rural schools and ordinary schools are poorly paid and backward, and teachers' educational enthusiasm is rare.
Economic foundation determines career happiness! In secular society, the economic status of teachers often affects many people's evaluation of teachers' profession, as well as their reputation and happiness. To improve teachers' professional happiness and ignite their passion for education, it is necessary to improve their economic status.

After graduating from East China Normal University in 1969, Mr. Xue was assigned to teach in the army farm in Jiangxi at that time. His salary in the first month was 45.5 yuan. Now, after retirement, Mr. Xue earns more than 4300 yuan a month, which makes him feel that teachers have greatly improved not only in economic status, but also in social status. "My teacher was criticized during the Cultural Revolution. I haven't been criticized by students since I became a teacher. This is something I am grateful for. " Teacher Xue said that the state raised teachers' salaries many times later. He began to learn to drive at the age of 58. Now he has joined the car owners, bought a house as a place for leisure and retirement, traveled to Europe and Southeast Asia, and participated in the training and exchange activities for Chinese teachers organized by Hanban in Malaysia. All this made him feel that he had caught the last bus of his life.
We can understand the professional happiness that Mr. Xue experienced in his later years. This feeling is undoubtedly brought about by the improvement of economic status. With the gradual implementation of the policy, I believe there are still many teachers like Mr. Xue who are in a hurry.
The improvement of economic status has changed the sour image of teachers in people's minds. Wearing new clothes, eating fish, housing, traveling and owning a car are no longer distant dreams, but becoming ordinary homes. While teachers get rich material nourishment, their enthusiasm for work also erupts, and their enthusiasm for education can be fully burned.
Fame and fortune, these seemingly unpretentious reasons, are now openly jumping into the teacher's field of vision. This is not the retrogression of teachers' morality, but the restoration of teachers from gods to adults-people with various levels of needs. When teachers walk down the "altar" and feel the wonderful achievements of the motherland's reform and opening up, it is conducive to satisfying teachers' sense of happiness and accomplishment, thus making the profession of teachers the most beautiful and enviable.
2. The growth of students
Mencius said, "A gentleman has three pleasures." One of the pleasures is "to be educated by the best people in the world." The juxtaposition of the joy of education with the joy of family life and moral life shows that Mencius, as a teacher, fully affirmed the importance of the teaching profession. Indeed, the purpose of education points to human noumenon, and the fundamental pursuit of education lies in human itself. As a profession with knowledge transformation and wisdom appreciation, the happiness of education is closely related to the growth of students, and the ignition of educational passion is closely related to the growth of students.
From the national level, education is a great cause related to the future and destiny of the country and the nation. The hope of revitalizing the nation lies in education, and the hope of revitalizing education lies in teachers. Why is it finally implemented on the teacher? Because teachers bear the responsibility of a new generation of socialist builders, the responsibility of cultivating outstanding citizens of the country, and the responsibility of preaching and teaching. Teachers' responsibilities determine the direction of teachers' efforts, and the realization of these directions is the source of teachers' educational happiness.
From the perspective of individual students, the object of teachers' work is people with personal consciousness and emotion, which means the arduousness and complexity of teachers' work. "It takes ten years to plant trees, but it takes a hundred years to cultivate people" is the best explanation. The difficulty of teaching and educating people lies in the contradiction between students' cognitive level and teachers' expectations, in the asymmetry between teachers' teaching technology and teaching effect, and in the fact that school education is in a weak position because of lack of necessary support. The growth process of students is tortuous and complicated, and it is a wave-like progress and a spiral rise. Only in difficult times can the value of teachers be reflected; Only by working hard can the growth of students be commendable.
Therefore, educational happiness is not only a simple acquisition, but also a responsibility, wisdom and energy. In the process of living with students, there will be happy and unhappy, happy and sad tunes. Being good at understanding this kind of music is the most important condition for educators to be energetic, happy and successful. The profession of teacher is related to the development of a person's life, and it is an unparalleled honor for other professions! Teachers' personality cultivation and knowledge ability are slowly injected into students' blood like a trickle, which is the continuation of teachers' life. When students step into a brand-new life stage with the education and help of teachers, there is not only respect but also gratitude in their eyes.
Pay attention to the growth of students, give their hearts and wisdom to children, teachers will experience different happiness, and the teaching profession will be passionate about it.

Li Jilin compared children to birds many times. She said: "Situational education is to add wings to children, flap the wings of imagination with emotions, let children's minds fly, let children's hearts fly, and fly happily to a beautiful, intelligent and infinitely bright fairy tale kingdom. This is the song of the bird in my heart. " "How many times, how many times, the bird's song rang in my heart. In the song, the children's eyes, children's wisdom and children's emotions make me excited. This feeling is picturesque. I seem to be a poet, full of affection, writing tomorrow's poems in my children's hearts. Children are my spiritual sustenance. Everything for children is the core of my educational philosophy. It is' for children' that makes me a persistent explorer, a tireless learner and an affectionate poet. "
Teacher Li Jilin is a famous situational education expert in China. Her life was hurt by the Cultural Revolution. But in the face of innocent children, she still compares them to birds with passion. She pinned her happiness and spiritual conversion on her children. These children also made her forget the hardships of progress and the ups and downs of life and became a passionate poet. The expectation of being a teacher has created a win-win situation for teachers and students!
In my student career, there are also many teachers' words that still haunt my ears. On Teacher's Day, a teacher once said to me, "Your growth is the best gift for teachers!" " "When I made progress in my study, a teacher sighed," It is my greatest pride to have you in my class! "There is no doubt that these teachers are experts who have made outstanding achievements in education and teaching. Facing the students, they all showed their love, tolerance and wisdom together. They always have a smile on their faces, although sometimes some problems such as economic conditions and social evaluation will affect their mood. As long as you face the students, that kind of satisfaction and care will be beyond words.
The growth of students brings joy to teachers' education and promotes their professional development. Every teacher can expand his own stage to develop and enrich students and improve his sense of accomplishment and happiness in education.
3. Professional pursuit of education
The French philosopher Rousseau said that true happiness comes from one's own existence. Where is the sense of being a teacher? Is it on students' scores or on self-approval? In the real campus, it is not only poor children but also teachers who are closely locked in the scores. Struggling in the gap of scores, who can catch the tail of happiness? In every minute of losing the initiative, the teacher's laughter is rare and bright, and the teacher can't stand straight.
How to maximize the value of teachers? How to make teachers' work full of creativity? This is a problem faced by many people. Teachers will always encounter contradictions and conflicts in the process of education and teaching. When they can't solve these contradictions and conflicts, they need outside guidance and intervention. Intervention by external forces (such as educational reform promoted by experts or the government, etc.). ) will often have an impact on teachers' original daily education life, make teachers fall into a state of fear or anxiety, and even have a strong sense of insecurity. Teachers began to refuse to change, which made educational life seem thin and boring.
Therefore, if teachers want to gain greater happiness, they must have the educational pursuit of rejecting mediocrity.
Rejecting mediocrity means accepting and reflecting. When teachers adopt teaching behavior, they are often dominated by some inherent understanding of education, that is, every teacher will have his own understanding and explanation of education, which is often untested and biased. If teachers can keep a dialogue with themselves through reflection, reading and other effective means, and gain insight into and reflect on their own understanding and interpretation, they can constantly correct their educational behavior and approach the truth in their research. Exploring mysteries is the most wonderful thing for us human beings (Einstein's words). From this perspective, it is undoubtedly very happy to pursue education professionally.

1993 In the spring, when I was teaching "For Brothers in Class 61", I turned a simple exercise into a positive and successful thinking training, which was welcomed by my classmates and the classroom atmosphere was quite warm. That night, with the joy of success, I wrote a class record of less than 2000 words in one go, entitled "Thinking Training of an Exercise". The next day, I submitted this article to the magazine "Chinese Teaching in Middle Schools", and the envelope said "Editor Received". Although I published articles a few years ago, they were all about the work of the head teacher. As far as Chinese teaching is concerned, this is the first submission. More than a month later, I opened the fifth issue of Chinese Teaching in Middle Schools, and suddenly saw my name in the catalogue! I am so excited! Although the article is short and thin, looking back today, it is a brand-new starting point-I later published hundreds of articles on Chinese teaching, and later published several monographs on Chinese teaching, all starting from the fifth issue of Chinese Teaching in Middle Schools 1993.
