Zhang Daquan, male, from Huangchuan, Henan, party member, professor. 1989 graduated from the Fine Chemical Engineering Department of East China Institute of Chemical Technology, 1996 graduated from East China University of Science and Technology with a master's degree, 1999 graduated from East China University of Science and Technology with a doctorate in environmental engineering. From July 2007 to August 2008, he served as a visiting professor of "think tank" at Yonsei University in Korea. 2011.12-2012.2 Visiting scholar at Yonsei University in Korea and Deakin University in Australia. Now he is the leader of key disciplines (Phase II) in Shanghai.
