The specific start time will be notified separately in batches, and schools (including off-campus training institutions) are not allowed to start school by themselves before receiving the formal start notice.

4. Organize students' and teachers' life trajectory investigation and risk grade judgment, connect with local headquarters, and carry out nucleic acid detection for high-risk groups. Supervise the school to report the relevant information of high-risk and medium-risk personnel through the "Yunnan Education Cloud" system as required.
(2) All kinds of schools at all levels should implement the main responsibility of prevention and control, and the party and government leaders in schools are the first responsible persons for epidemic prevention and control.

Formulate the school epidemic prevention and control work plan according to the actual situation, improve relevant work systems and mechanisms, and make overall plans to promote epidemic prevention and control and school preparation. Logistics service personnel such as canteen, supermarket, barber shop, express delivery point, security guard, etc. Campus epidemic prevention and control should be integrated into the overall work to achieve full coverage of teachers, students and employees.
2. Strictly implement the "man-to-man" measure, adopt the three-layer network mechanism of school, grade (department), class teacher and teacher, conduct a comprehensive investigation on the health and living conditions of teachers and students, conduct risk judgment one by one, do a good job in personnel classification management, and establish a risk assessment file as the basis for returning to school. Through the "Yunnan Education Cloud" system, the relevant information of high-risk and medium-risk personnel is reported as required.
3. Strengthen campus management, actively promote the use of "Yunnan Anti-epidemic" code scanning software, strengthen the management and registration of foreign personnel, and ensure that foreign personnel can be traced and controlled.
4. Organize all teachers and students.
