Xi 'an Labor Technical School is a key technical school in Shaanxi Province, directly under the Xi Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and is a training base for migrant workers determined by the provincial government. The school has complete teaching facilities, including library, language lab, computer room, multimedia classroom, guest room training room, catering training room, standard room training room, tea training room, cooking training room and star-rated teaching practice hotel.

Xi Tourism Vocational Secondary School is a newly-built school approved by the Xi People's Government on the basis of the merger of the original Xi Tourism Vocational Secondary School and Shaanxi Chang 'an Normal School.

By July 2020, the reorganized school area will increase to 1.20 mu, the total value of fixed assets will increase to more than 50 million yuan, and the number of teaching staff will increase to 248, including 1.85 teachers with senior and intermediate titles, including 39 foreign teachers, graduate students and returned students.
