What is the difference between the bachelor degree or above mentioned in the selection conditions of civil servants and the bachelor degree or above mentioned in general higher education?
Hello, Chinese public education is at your service.

Hello,

These two concepts are relative.

Bachelor degree or above refers to the degree recognized by the state, including full-time (college entrance examination) undergraduate course and adult education undergraduate course (self-taught, completed examination and online teaching).

Bachelor degree or above in general higher education refers to non-adult education undergraduate, that is, full-time undergraduate in general college entrance examination. Adult education (self-taught, adult self-taught, online education) is excluded.

I hope I can help you.

If in doubt, please consult the public education enterprises in China.
