The new educational concept pays special attention to people's development, gives students something useful to life and changes their living conditions ... The core of the new education is: action leads to harvest. Then, as executors of the new educational theory, how should we teachers turn strength into action, strive to practice new educational ideas in our education and teaching, let the new educational ideas blossom and bear fruit in our education and teaching work, and then set foot on an ideal country? I think we should start from the following aspects:

First, theory is the forerunner of behavior, and five theories are more important than six actions.

The new educational concept describes five core concepts and six action goals for us. Zhu Yongxin believes that "five concepts are more important than six actions", and new education can not only be ideas, but also needs practice and operation; More importantly, don't bury yourself in the process and forget the goal; At first, I didn't understand this statement. After repeated discussions with colleagues and leaders, and after careful and systematic study of new educational ideas and other educational works, I gradually realized that theory is the forerunner of behavior. Without the guidance of systematic and advanced theories, actions will fall into blindness and have no goals. The five core concepts of the new educational theory are: unlimited belief in the potential of students and teachers; Give children something useful to life; Attach importance to mental state and advocate successful experience; Emphasize personality development and pay attention to characteristic education; Let teachers and students talk to the lofty spirit of mankind. In order to implement these five core concepts layer by layer, teachers should keep learning, constantly improve their professional quality and self-cultivation, master new educational theories and concepts in time, and always stand at the forefront of education.

Now that we have advanced educational theories and concepts as guidance, the next step is to take concrete actions. The new educational concept is an ideal, a movement and an action.
