During the meeting, Deputy Director Wu and his party visited three Finnish primary and secondary schools, walked into the classroom, had discussions with local teachers and students, and learned from the school-running concepts and experiences of developed countries, which set up an exchange platform for schools of the two countries, promoted the cooperation and exchange in education between schools of the two countries, and provided opportunities for strengthening the study and exchange between teachers and students of friendly schools in the future.
During this forum, Deputy Director Wu signed a framework strategic cooperation agreement with Focus Education Association on behalf of Fangshan District Education Committee in Beijing, aiming at building a higher international exchange platform for teachers and students, promoting international cooperation and exchanges between schools and regions, improving the level of international education, and carrying out cadre and teacher training programs. At the same time, Fangshan Experimental Middle School (Senior Middle School), Fangshan No.5 Middle School (Junior Middle School) and Fangshan Liangxiangxing Park School (Primary School) are sister schools with different schools in Finland.

After the signing of the framework agreement, Focus Education Association will assist Fangshan District to carry out the school leadership development training program, and will provide professional guidance from Fangshan District principals' specialization, school management, curriculum development and construction, classroom teaching, student evaluation, and basic education research. We will devote ourselves to improving teachers' education and teaching level, teachers' quality and classroom quality in the two regions. Through the exchange of "going out" and "bringing in" to train teachers, Focus Education Association assists Fangshan District Education Committee to carry out teachers' professional development training and other projects; Strengthen the exchange and study between Chinese and Finnish students, and build a platform for cross-border exchange visits, social practice, cultural exchanges and friendly pairing for students from both countries. For example, the two sides collected their own resources and jointly organized student science and technology competitions, theme exploration, student art troupe performances and Finnish quality course experience camps. , and focus on encouraging students from both sides to carry out exchange activities in science and technology, culture and environmental education.
At the same time, educational seminars or expert lectures and forums between the two countries are held from time to time; A training and research base will be established in Finland and the Finnish-Chinese Education Association will establish a training and research base in China; The Finnish-Chinese Education Association will integrate the resources of local high-quality educational institutions in Finland, and the Fangshan District Education Committee will guide and promote Finland's advanced educational concepts into Beijing and Fangshan District.
