Grasp and analyze the food safety situation and existing problems in the consumption link, and put forward suggestions on perfecting the system and mechanism and improving the work; Supervise the administrative organs at lower levels to implement the catering service license in strict accordance with the law, fulfill the responsibility of supervision and management, and timely discover and correct illegal and improper behaviors. To undertake the investigation, monitoring, supervision and management of food safety in consumption; Optimize the administrative licensing management process; To guide and coordinate the food safety guarantee for major events. (8) Drug registration. Supervise the implementation of national drug standards; To undertake the formulation and supervision of local drug standards; To examine and approve applications for registration of drugs, pharmaceutical excipients, packaging materials and containers that are in direct contact with drugs; To undertake the examination and approval of preparation registration in medical institutions; To undertake supplementary applications for drug re-registration and administrative licensing that do not change the internal quality of drugs; Optimize the registration management process; Organize and implement the protection system of traditional Chinese medicine varieties.
