From the perspective of education law, how should schools and teachers protect the lives of minors?
The "educational management responsibility" stipulated in the Tort Liability Law is the legal obligation of educational institutions.

The so-called "educational responsibility" refers to the obligation to carry out daily education to protect the personal safety of minors in schools according to law, including education to deal with natural disasters, safety education in special places and lots, food safety and hygiene education, and education to prevent injuries and accidents of others.

The so-called "management responsibility" refers to the security guarantee and protection obligations that educational institutions should perform in order to protect the personal safety of underage students, including providing teaching places and facilities that meet the prescribed standards, eliminating unsafe hidden dangers in time, establishing and improving various security systems, formulating plans to prevent underage students from injury emergencies, and properly handling underage students' injury accidents.
