Art education in our school is guided by the national education policy and based on art curriculum standards. According to the national principles and policies and the spirit of the instructions of the municipal and district education committees, especially the newly promulgated medium-and long-term plan, combined with the educational resources and school-running conditions of our school, in order to cultivate outstanding students with certain artistic skills and high artistic accomplishment, the three-year development plan of the dance troupe is formulated from 20 12 to 20 15.

I. Specific objectives

1, give play to the leading and exemplary role of the dance troupe, and promote the rapid promotion and healthy development of various art groups in the school.

Two, 20 12-20 15 dance company's three-year development plan.

1, optimize the team and form a ladder echelon construction.

(1) Effectively safeguard the interests of the old team members, make them feel that this is a United group and a meaningful group, let them do the work of the dance troupe seriously and happily, and make the dance troupe their home, thus strengthening the strength of the dance troupe.

(2) Do a good job in the selection and training of new players.

(3) The connection between new and old members, the professional classics compiled by the dance troupe since its establishment, new members must learn from the old members when they join the troupe, so that after the works have accumulated to a certain amount, they can hold special performances and expand the influence of the dance troupe.

(4) In the third year of junior high school, two echelons were formed. Freshmen from Grade One form the reserve team, and Grade Two and Grade Three are the home team. The dance troupe holds special concerts in the school every year, and organizes students' artistic exchanges with foreign countries every winter and summer vacation. Strengthen external publicity, timely publicize and report outstanding achievements and influential social performances, and actively participate in some meaningful cultural performances.

5. Organize the resource pool of the dance troupe and refine the artistic culture of the school. 6. Establish and improve the attendance system and reward and punishment measures of the dance troupe, establish the files of students' artistic growth, and evaluate their progress against the students' files at the end of each semester. Organize regular assessment of students' dance troupe skills, including soft skills, skills, imitation, expressive force, etc.
