Students who have been approved to drop out of school must go through all the formalities of dropping out of school within 1 month after the publication of the drop-out documents, and the school will issue relevant certificates as required. Those who fail to go through the formalities of leaving school within the time limit or leave school without authorization will not be issued any certificates.

The Department of Education has promulgated the Measures for Refund of Students' Withdrawal from Private Colleges in Jiangxi Province (hereinafter referred to as the Measures), which stipulates that students can apply for withdrawal and refund of fees under six circumstances, including fraudulent enrollment in the name of "unified recruitment" and requiring students to refund the fees in full after application. If the school wants to retain students, it must obtain the written consent of the other party.
