When I wrote this article, I was actually very uneasy, mainly because my understanding of education was really superficial. In recent years, we have traveled all over the country and earnestly studied the educational reform experience of famous domestic schools. In fact, our education is often the object of study and investigation by foreign counterparts. However, the "enrollment rate" has become an unbearable burden for education everywhere, and the quality of teaching is the only criterion to measure education in fact, while the development and growth of people are often just the most popular gorgeous coat of educational reform, which packages the originality and utility of education itself.

I often think that education should not aim at fame. If a place tries to make its education a brand, it will be the sorrow of education. Education should be independent, simple, true and quiet. There is no need for worldly glitz or political kidnapping. Schools should be places where students live and grow up happily. When a child shoulders an invisible banner of local achievements from the age of three, then such education can only be a persistent pursuit of achievements and a disregard and destruction of human nature. Ten years later, students leave school, taking away not only their grades, but also their deep hatred for education.

So, where should education change? I think most educators are well aware that education is not responsible for students' years in their own schools, but for students' lives. From kindergarten to university, students' healthy growth and learning knowledge should be treated equally. School experience should be the best and happiest time in students' memory. Learning to be a man and improving one's ability and knowledge at the same time is the simplest pursuit and purpose of education.

When I enter our education and teaching, I often ask myself silently: Is the object of our education and teaching books or students? Teachers are tired of paperwork and students endure heavy homework. And the most important "people" are often ignored by us! What is the significance of an education that does not pay attention to the law of human development? What is the value of an education that plagiarizes others' thoughts without thinking for itself? Thoreau, a thinker, once said: Education is to dig a pond and wait for the natural growth of living things. The school is a place where teachers and students grow freely and develop happily. The school should be a place that teachers and students yearn for and a paradise that can give them happiness and happiness. Only by getting rid of the shackles of teachers and students you taught me to learn can we return to the origin of education-students' learning. Without students' study, teachers' teaching will lose its meaning. Instead of studying boring textbooks all day, teachers should spend some time thinking about what students need for their growth and development. This kind of teaching may be more vivid and enjoyable.
