Any article that is not submitted to the submission mailbox of this magazine is not a formal submission, and this magazine will not give any reply; 2. The manuscript processing will follow the following basic procedures: the editorial department will first review it → send it to two experts for anonymous comments, and both agree to publish it, and put forward suggestions for revision → the editorial department will feed back the author and urge the author to revise it in place → the editorial department will determine the specific time for publishing the article according to the date of receipt/review/revision → the editor-in-chief will finally approve it → the article will be published. In this process, all articles that can't pass the preliminary review by the editorial department, articles that can't pass the anonymous review by two experts, articles that still don't meet the requirements after three revisions, and articles that can't pass the final review by the editor-in-chief will be rejected.

3. There must be a title, author's name and unit, Chinese abstract and keywords before the text. At the same time, please indicate in the form of a footnote on the home page the situation of the article being funded by the project or fund, and the author's personal details (name, title, position, work unit, address, zip code, telephone number, email address, etc.). ). If there are two or more authors, please indicate the correspondent;

4. The notes and references at the end of the text should be complete and accurate, and the references must be one-to-one corresponding to the citations in the text, with at least 9 references (the number of repeated citations is 1). At the same time, notes and references should be written in the format specified by this journal; 5. The text must be accompanied by the title, author's name and unit, Chinese abstract and English translation of keywords; 6. If the opinions are not received within 4 months from the date of submission, the author can change to another journal (please contact this journal in advance to prevent omission); 7. We don't charge any comment fee or page fee. Once the manuscript is published, we will pay the author the remuneration and royalties in one lump sum. Since this journal has been included in CNKI (China Journal Full-text Database), if the author has any objection to the inclusion of the article, please explain that this journal will handle it properly when submitting the manuscript.
