The School of Humanities and Management of anyang normal University has two campuses, one is the new campus Zhonghua Road Campus and the other is Wen Ming Avenue Campus. Zhonghua Road Campus belongs to Henan Shangqiu Chunlai Education Group, and Wen Ming Avenue Campus belongs to anyang normal College. The School of Humanities Management of anyang normal University has nothing to do with the School of Humanities Management of anyang normal University.

In April 2003, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, the School of Humanities Management of anyang normal University was established. In 2009, Henan Shangqiu Chunlai Education Group acquired the School of Humanities and Management of anyang normal University to build Zhonghua Road Campus. According to the school development plan, the transition period of private ordinary undergraduate schools is 20 15 and 10, and they have passed the acceptance of the expert group of the National Higher Education Establishment Evaluation Committee.

On April 2, 2006, KLOC-0, the Ministry of Education issued the Letter on Agreeing to the Transformation of the School of Humanities and Management of anyang normal University into Anyang College, and the School of Humanities and Management of anyang normal University was renamed Anyang College. On May 201June 6 16, the development strategy seminar and unveiling ceremony was held in the conference room of Anyang Party and Government Complex, marking the official unveiling of Anyang College.
