20 17 "3+X" model is adopted in the college entrance examination in Shandong province, where "3" refers to Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages, and "x" refers to comprehensive literature and science. This year's general college entrance examination uses the national volume for Chinese, liberal arts and science, and Shandong Province makes its own Chinese and mathematics subjects.
At present, the national college entrance examination papers are roughly divided into five categories: national volume I, national volume II, national volume III, autonomous proposition and semi-autonomous proposition. Among them, there are many provinces and cities that use the national volume, and the college entrance examination papers are unified among the provinces and cities that use the same national volume. Due to the different educational levels in different provinces and cities, the difficulty of national examination papers will be somewhat different.
The division of the national college entrance examination papers is adjusted according to regional differences, because some well-educated provinces will pay more attention to their ability when making questions, mainly examining the flexible use of knowledge. For underdeveloped provinces, one or two remote knowledge points or rare types will be examined when the college entrance examination questions are given. These differences are also one of the reasons why there is no unified examination paper in the college entrance examination.
