In order to give community party member a new learning position and way, and make the Party's ideological line, principles and policies reach the grassroots in time and effectively, Jinjiang Community Party Organization organized community party member cadres to watch distance education films by using the existing distance education special line and TV in party member. Party member students take an active part in learning and welcome this new way of learning. They expressed their personal opinions and put forward suggestions on how to carry out distance education. Through discussion, this paper puts forward the following suggestions on how to carry out distance education well: first, let more people know about distance education through various publicity methods, meet the needs of various groups, and let them learn new knowledge and understand the dynamics of provinces, cities and counties; Second, implement the responsibility of distance education administrators to ensure the normal operation of equipment and complete trace information; Thirdly, arouse the enthusiasm of managers through some incentive measures and affirm their contribution to distance education; Fourth, seriously carry out distance education to prepare for the year-end inspection.
