We get advanced theories from experts and peers from pre-school education magazines and online resources, so that we can study together and lay a solid foundation for our daily teaching work. This semester, we studied some theoretical articles, such as "Guiding Strategies for Group Talk in Kindergarten" and "Cultivating Children's Creativity in Games", which provided practical theoretical guidance for our group talk and game activities.

Second, prepare lessons collectively and integrate collective wisdom.

This semester, we conducted two collective lesson preparation activities in junior, middle and senior grades, totaling six episodes.

Physics lesson preparation activities. Teachers in the same grade group get together to discuss the class design, prepare lessons carefully together, and integrate everyone's wisdom to form a complete and feasible teaching activity plan. After class, teachers of the same grade get together again to talk about their own teaching reflections and experiences, sum up their experiences together and put forward their own ideas on teaching activities, thus greatly improving the teaching level of the whole teaching and research group. Young teachers, in particular, have learned a lot of knowledge and experience from old teachers in such activities.

Third, observation activities lead teachers' professional growth.

This semester, four young teachers bravely undertook the task of attending classes. They carefully selected materials and made a lot of preparations before class. From lectures to classes, and then to after-class reflection, they can be methodical and unhurried. Everyone has developed their own characteristics, and the teaching level has been greatly improved on the original basis. Korean teachers have a steady teaching attitude and clear and orderly teaching links; Teacher Liu Huiling is natural and friendly, and his language is concise and clear; Teacher Lai Yong's teaching AIDS are beautifully made and can provide opportunities for children to show; Teacher Huang Jialing, in particular, is unique. Combined with Christmas, she carefully arranged beautiful scenes and invited children, parents and teachers to feel the joyful atmosphere of Christmas together in happy teaching. Of course, their teaching also has some shortcomings. The teachers who participated in the observation also sincerely expressed their thoughts and views on these shortcomings, and put forward corresponding countermeasures through discussion. Everyone has benefited a lot from it.

In addition, many teachers in this teaching and research group participated in the research of provincial and municipal topics, and also achieved some results.

In short, all the teachers in the teaching and research group have an enterprising and studious heart, are full of enthusiasm for our teaching work and are willing to actively participate in teaching and research activities. Summary of teaching and research activities in the second week of kindergarten This semester, I participated in the teaching and research of the Chinese group of the Central District Subject Center, and I was fortunate to be a member of it. Our Chinese teaching and research group focuses on the analysis and research of the textbook of Shanda edition, and collects and sorts out the activity cases of story teaching in the textbook to improve the teaching and research level of teachers. Taking the lesson as the carrier, this paper studies the methods and guiding strategies of story teaching in kindergarten through observing the lesson, collective discussion, group inquiry and classroom display. Stimulate children's interest in learning stories, promote the continuous development of children's language, explore a model suitable for collective story teaching in Central District, and improve the language teaching level of teachers in the whole district. Through the activities, I deeply feel that there are still many things we need to learn, and I also find my own gap.

Make full use of self-study and collective learning in the activities, further understand and master the goals, contents and requirements of kindergarten language education, carefully collect and find information, carefully take notes on theoretical study, and apply what you have learned.

In the activity, "watch quality lesson discs" and "prepare lessons in groups". At first, we exchanged our feelings about the collection of Chinese teaching cases in the new textbook, and the team members shared their experiences together, which made the teachers have a deep understanding of the Chinese teaching content in the new textbook. Secondly, we organized teachers to watch two wonderful teaching activities: the fox, the crow and the chicken hatched. During the activity, the teachers watched carefully. Learn others' teaching methods and strategies with an open mind, and provide new educational ideas and methods for your own teaching practice. Finally, the members of the teaching and research group are divided into three groups, and the leader of each group leads the teachers to prepare lessons collectively. On the basis of studying the teaching materials, each member participates in the discussion, excavates the educational value together, studies the teaching materials and methods together, and puts forward his own opinions and opinions, thus forming a group.

In activities, we always talk while watching, and discuss while chatting, and then talk about our own ideas and opinions after everyone speaks freely, which gives each of us an opportunity to express our opinions and ideas. When we talk about harvest, we discuss the success of the students who started this course. When we make suggestions, we are discussing the shortcomings of the students who offer this course. When we talk about our ideas, we are talking about our confusion. These have improved our business to varying degrees in the controversy.

Of course, while the teaching and research activities were fruitful, we also found some gaps in ourselves. In the process of teaching, teachers' educational ideas need to be further changed. Not only in language activities, but also in children's daily activities, we can't use our adult views, concepts and methods to guide and educate children.
