The school is located in Fuxin Economic and Technological Development Zone, covering an area of 47,000 square meters and a building area of 27,000 square meters. Faculty 137, including 2 professors, 42 senior lecturers and 35 lecturers. More than 20 people have obtained master's degrees and are studying for graduate students. In recent years, teachers have published dozens of monographs or translations, and published more than 100 papers in journals above the provincial level.

The school now offers primary education majors (general education, English, computer, music, art, physical education) and preschool education majors. With the approval of the Ministry of Education, since 1997, the school and Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities have jointly organized adult education, with undergraduate education as the starting point, and the majors are: Mongolian language and literature, computer major, English education, art education, sports, Chinese language and literature, music education, Mongolian medicine major, political history major and so on. In 2005, with the approval of the higher authorities, our school opened a class for international students, and has enrolled more than 40 international students from Mongolia. There are 24 classes in the school, with nearly 1000 students. Adult education has more than 700 correspondence students.
