First, love every student.

Is there mutual love between our teachers? For those poor students and underachievers, do we give them the same love as top students? Teachers' love for students should be pure and fair, and there should be no hypocrisy and affectation. Especially those poor teachers, we should pay more attention to them, because they are reprimanded and left out, and few students approach them. In their hearts, they are more eager to be loved by teachers and valued by others. Teachers should try to find the bright spots in them, create some opportunities to praise them and give them more warmth. Perhaps, an encouraging look and a warm word can arouse their confidence and become the starting point for their progress. Being able to love every student fairly is the embodiment of a teacher's spiritual beauty and a good teacher's moral cultivation. In front of the teacher, every student is equal, there is no distinction between high and low. Teachers should treat all students equally and let every student bathe in the sunshine of teacher's love.

Second, we should learn to tolerate students.

Being broad-minded is a human virtue, especially for teachers. Our education target is a group of children, who will not haggle over their mistakes, let alone quarrel with their students. If the teacher can tolerate them and call back the good nature in the students' hearts, the students will correct their mistakes faster. Third, we should not only teach, but also educate people.

Fourth, control your emotions and set an example for students.

When students ask us questions, we get the wrong answer, or we don't, and the students show surprise. "Is there any question that the teacher can't answer?" Yes, in the eyes of students, teachers know everything and will never fail. Therefore, teachers should pay attention to their words and deeds in front of students, keep a good image in students' minds, set an example for students, and can't vent their emotional changes on students. Some teachers are kind to students when they are in a good mood and work smoothly; When something goes wrong, or when you are in a bad mood or depressed, vent your unpleasant emotions on students and let them become their punching bag.
