In addition to the pre-qualified majors (see annex), our province implements online registration. Candidates log in to the self-service system to apply for the exam. Three. Matters needing attention in registration of Hunan self-taught examination in April 202 1
1. People from other provinces who work and study in our province need to take the exam in our province. In addition to meeting the conditions for entering the exam, they also need to provide the following documents:
(1) Candidates from other provinces studying in our province are required to provide the online verification report of the student status of the Ministry of Education.
(2) Candidates from other provinces who work in our province are required to provide proof of work and the "Personal Insurance Certificate (which needs to be paid for more than 3 months continuously)" issued by the social security management department of our province.
(3) The servicemen stationed in our province are registered with the resident ID number, and must hold the military security card and valid military documents (including military officer's card, police officer's card, civilian cadre's card and soldier's card).
2. New candidates must fill in all basic information truthfully and accurately when they become naturalized (contact number and mailing address are required). In the column of contact number, you must fill in the mobile phone number that candidates are used to and can apply for "Hunan Health Code", otherwise you can't take the exam.
3. When applying for the exam, if the contact telephone column is not commonly used or cannot apply for the "Hunan Health Code", it must be modified by itself; If the identity information (name, gender, ID number, etc. ) does not match the actual use, and you must apply to modify your identity information before you can apply. Otherwise, you can't take the exam.
4. Candidates' registration examination fees are paid online. If they fail to pay within 24 hours after registration, the registration is invalid.
5. Some majors have multiple examiner schools, so candidates should choose carefully. Once selected, the examiner's school will not change.
6. New candidates should register in strict accordance with the requirements of professional adjustment. The majors that have been closed in our province and those that will be closed as determined in the Adjustment Plan of Hunan Higher Education Self-taught Examination (20 18) do not accept freshmen to register for the examination.
7, nursing, pharmacy, Chinese medicine, public security science, public safety management, public security management, prison management and other preconditions (see Annex for specific application conditions) must complete the qualification examination and application at the test center designated by the Municipal Education Examinations Institute. Candidates who apply for prison management (junior college) go to Hunan Judicial Police Vocational College, and candidates who apply for public security management (undergraduate) go to Hunan Police College to handle relevant registration matters. Those who do not meet the requirements for registration cannot graduate, and the responsibility lies with the candidates themselves.
