CET-4 and CET-6 certificates are issued by the Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education. Certificates are divided into three grades: A, B and C. The speaking ability standard of CET-4 and CET-6 is as follows: 1, and Grade A: It is basically easy to communicate in English on familiar topics. 2. Grade B: I can make oral communication on familiar topics in English. Although it is somewhat difficult, it does not affect communication. 3. Grade C: Can make simple oral communication on familiar topics in English. 4. Grade D: I don't have the ability of oral English communication yet. CET-4 and CET-6 are national teaching tests sponsored by the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC).
