The theory of prenatal education originated in ancient times when people prayed for a good child. With the survival and evolution of human beings, human thinking and understanding are constantly developing. This paper will discuss the development of prenatal education theory from three aspects: history, foreign and domestic.

Ancient prenatal education

According to Historical Records, Zhou Wenwang's mother knew about prenatal education as early as 1 1 century BC in the Western Zhou Dynasty. Ji Chang, a wise "sage", is the result of "prenatal education" because of pregnancy.

Foreign prenatal education

In recent 20 years, some countries in Europe and America have established prenatal education research institutions and prenatal education centers, devoted to the all-round development of fetal intelligence and physical strength, and achieved remarkable results. According to literature reports, an American doctor founded the "Fetal University", offering subjects such as language, music and physical education. Among its students, some newborns can pronounce the syllable "dad" in two weeks, and some children can master two languages at the age of four.

Domestic prenatal education

In recent years, China medical community has also made corresponding progress in the research and application of prenatal education. We believe that with the deepening and popularization of prenatal education theory, prenatal education, an early educational behavior to train outstanding talents, will surely get greater development.
