1. All candidates must register for "Guangdong (Guangzhou) Kangma" (hereinafter referred to as "Guangdong Kangma"). Candidates whose "Yuekang code" is not a green code should go to the relevant departments for verification in time. When printing the admission ticket, you must truthfully fill in the information such as "Yuekang Code" status in the self-taught examination management system.

2. Candidates are required to conduct self-health observation on/0/4 days before the exam, declare their health status in "Yuekang Code" every day, truthfully fill out the "Personal Health Information Declaration Form" (see annex) on/0/4 days before the exam, and submit it to the test center staff at each exam.

3. Candidates should pay attention to personal hygiene and protection. Candidates in low-risk areas should immediately report to the local education examination institutions according to local epidemic prevention requirements if they have physical abnormalities (hereinafter referred to as physical abnormalities) such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat and diarrhea within 0/4 days before the exam, including name, ID number, registration number (admission ticket number), my contact number and other information that needs to be explained. Go to the fever clinic in time for investigation and nucleic acid detection according to the regulations. If the relevant departments judge that they have the test conditions, they must provide negative proof of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours before the test to the relevant test sites during the test. 6. Candidates should wear masks (disposable medical masks or surgical masks) when entering the test center, show the green code of "Yuekang Code" on the mobile phone to the test center staff, accept the verification of the admission ticket, ID card and "Yuekang Code", and submit the health information declaration form. Put your mobile phone in the designated place before entering the examination room. Candidates with abnormal physical condition can be reviewed and evaluated in the temporary observation area according to the guidance of medical and health professionals. Annex 2: Rules for Examination Room of Guangdong Higher Education Self-taught Examination

(1) Candidates should take the exam in good faith and observe the rules and discipline. Consciously obey the management of invigilators and other examination staff, and shall not hinder invigilators and other examination staff from performing their duties for any reason, and shall not disturb the order of test centers and other examination workplaces.

(two) 30 minutes before the exam, with the admission ticket, valid identity documents through identity verification, according to the admission requirements to take the exam. It is not allowed to wear vests, slippers and uniforms made by the army, police and law enforcement departments to enter test sites and examination rooms.

(three) consciously abide by epidemic prevention laws and requirements, take the initiative to accept the epidemic prevention inspection and identity verification carried out by invigilators according to regulations, use metal detectors to carry out safety inspections and conduct necessary inspections of personal belongings.

(4) Nothing can be brought into the examination room except 2B pencils, pens, pens with black handwriting, rulers, compasses, triangles and erasers.

It is strictly forbidden to bring any communication tools (such as mobile phones, walkie-talkies and other wireless transceiver equipment), electronic calculators, electronic storage and memory recording and playback equipment, cameras, correction fluids, correction tapes and other items unrelated to the examination into the examination room. (6) The examination paper consists of two parts: questionnaire and answer sheet.
