Pedagogy Digest was founded in 1986, sponsored by the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC) and Renmin University of China. It is listed as a national academic journal of education and is included in China Academic Journal Network. This magazine mainly selects excellent articles on educational theory research and school reform practice. Although it is an abstract journal, it does not accept direct contributions, but it is recognized in academic and cultural circles. Pedagogy Digest is the core periodical of China and a national academic periodical of education. They are all sold by Xinhua Bookstore and printed and purchased by the education department. All these prove its status as a regular periodical.
