Langevin-Walloon Education Reform Plan was put forward in 1947. This plan is a famous education reform plan in France. Although it could not be implemented in the early period after World War II due to historical conditions, it became the basis of French education reform after World War II. Under its influence, France began to vigorously develop primary education and upgraded better primary schools to middle schools.
