Every year, the drowning incidents of students reported by the media are concentrated in relatively underdeveloped township areas. But I have rarely heard of children drowning in cities such as Beijing and Shanghai.
These towns and villages have relatively underdeveloped economies, slow urbanization and mountainous lakes and rivers, which have the natural conditions for children to play outdoors alone or together. At the same time, due to the relatively backward educational resources in township areas, the work of safety education science popularization is relatively imperfect, parents are busy with work, and children are in a semi-"stocking" state, which ignores the safety of children to some extent.
In order to reduce the occurrence of similar unfortunate incidents, I think we can work hard in three aspects:
First, whether the school has carried out safety education to prevent drowning, how it has been carried out, whether it has carried out relevant drills, how effective the education is, and whether it has penetrated into the hearts of children and left a deep impression, these aspects are worth thinking about. If the exercise goes well, the children will keep it in mind. It's not usually like this. If one person falls into the water, the others will go into the water to help. Actually, this is the tragedy.
Second, parents neglect the management of their children, and the protection work is not strict. If parents are strict, children are not allowed to play by the river. If there are adults together, the probability of this happening is relatively small. Because of this, the Ministry of Education issued an urgent notice, requiring schools to strengthen drowning safety education. It is reasonable and reasonable for parents to take good care of their children.
Third, in order to prevent the occurrence of similar incidents, we must pay attention to the following issues: First, schools should strengthen students' drowning prevention safety education, and implement it effectively and deeply in children's hearts. Second, parents must take good care of their children, and can't let them go swimming or play in dangerous places. Third, we should educate our children that once they fall into the water, never go into the water to save themselves, never call adults or make phone calls.
What should we do if someone falls into the water?
1, call the police for help and ask an adult for help. Call the police at 1 10. As children, we have no ability to help. Never go into the water to save yourself. Asking adults and police for help is the right way. 2. Look for floating objects, throw them into the water and let them hold them. Such as lifebuoys, dead branches and so on. 3, looking for branches or bamboo poles, it is best to give them to adults to help rescue, do not rescue yourself, you may accidentally pull yourself into the water.
My mother had a difficult pregnancy in October. It is not easy to have a baby, and it is even more difficult to raise a child. Educating children is not only the responsibility of the school, but also the responsibility of our parents. I hope every parent will strictly fulfill their responsibilities so that every child can grow up healthily.
