Arrange centralized training and theoretical assessment of basic knowledge, basic theory and basic skills for nurses within 5 years after graduation, and arrange rotation training for nurses before night shift; Adhere to the principle of training while using, integrate education and training into daily nursing activities, and combine the system of ward round, consultation and case discussion. 3.
