After eight months' efforts, Shi Feng's "Five Nutrition Meals" has not only been integrated into the classrooms of various disciplines through thematic textbooks, but also a food laboratory has been built. From the introduction of menu ingredients to the warm service of cooking and taking meals, sitting in a warm dining environment and tasting delicious food on a nutritious five-meal recipe, Fan, the second Minister of Education, couldn't help laughing and saying, "There is such a good environment for food and education."
Fan said that in every learning process, children's meals will become nutrients for food and education. In addition to developing special methods of nutritious lunch, the Ministry of Education is more willing to see the participation of private resources. "Nutrition 5 Meals" Program Infiltrates Experience to Improve Children's Dietary Literacy
In the "Five-camp Feeding" plan, a food education module has been completely constructed. Through eating every Friday, I learned five themes: balanced health, aesthetic taste, food knowledge, service spirit, gratitude and blessing, and gradually built children's life taste, food literacy and healthy eating habits.
The Ministry of Education also signed a letter of intent for cooperation with Shi Feng Education Foundation on May 7, 2009. The Ministry of Education will promote and subsidize the participating schools with a maximum budget of 1 10,000 yuan. The spacious desktop allows children to experience the aesthetic taste of dining and setting dishes, and cultivate interpersonal relationships while sharing food.
Lin Fangyan also shared at the scene that the food laboratory is not only a dining space, but also the practice of dining etiquette and culture can be implemented through the cultivation of clean and hygienic habits before meals, the service enthusiasm aroused in the process of completing cooking tasks, and simple manual cooking, plate cleaning and maintenance of learning environment.
