The employing unit shall establish an incentive mechanism linking teachers' continuing education with their use and promotion, and take the participation in continuing education as an important basis for teachers' assessment and post employment.

For teachers who have not participated in continuing education or have not obtained the required credits, the continuing education management department shall order them to make corrections within a time limit.
