Plan and guide the layout adjustment of primary and secondary schools in the city and eliminate illiteracy among young and middle-aged people. (three) entrusted by the municipal government, responsible for the city's education supervision and evaluation work. (four) to guide and coordinate the management of municipal colleges and universities. Work out the development plan of the city's higher education in conjunction with relevant departments.
