(1) Organize financial aid for students from poor families in Chinese mainland to help them complete their studies;

(two) to organize and subsidize students from poor families in Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan Province Province to go to China for further study and help them complete their studies;

(three) to support some poor areas to solve the special difficulties encountered in the process of educational reform and development;

(four) to reward individuals and units that have made special contributions to China's educational reform and development;

(five) to accept funds, property donations and free technical assistance provided by domestic and foreign governments, organizations and individuals who enthusiastically support China's education;

(six) through various channels, at home and abroad to carry out fund-raising activities in line with the purpose of the foundation;

(seven) to accept various support and funding projects related to education or other educational undertakings entrusted or designated by the government;

(eight) entrusted to manage the funds used by other domestic and foreign fund institutions for education in China; Carry out cooperation and exchange activities with similar foundations at home and abroad;

(nine) other activities stipulated or allowed by the articles of association.
