Consciously integrating moral education into physical education and health teaching is not only the need of school physical education reform, but also the need to update the concept of physical education. Based on my years of teaching practice, we can start from the following aspects in physical education and health teaching: First, taking the physical education and health classroom routine as the breakthrough point, practicing the classroom routine of moral education for students is the basic way to ensure the smooth progress of teaching. According to the specific situation of different periods and classes, we can combine the content of classroom routine with politeness, morality and discipline to carry out moral education for students. Children in grade one are the critical period for the formation of various behavioral habits. Only by grasping the good opportunity of habit formation and exerting the charm of education and teaching, teachers will surely urge students to form good behavior habits. For example, freshmen who have just entered school every academic year are unfamiliar with the school classroom routine, and they are very strange when they first come into contact. Every time I have a physical education and health class, I have to wait in line for a few minutes, and I have to be supervised every time to finish it. In view of this situation of students, through continuous practice, a queuing jingle is compiled: "When the bell rings, shut up, quietly go out and queue up to see which group is the most tidy." This not only reminds the slow students, but also improves their concentration. Give a thumbs-up applause to the group that lines up quickly and neatly every time. Persistence in this way will not only standardize students' behavior, but also enhance their collective consciousness. Another example is the party after the scattered activities of physical education and health classes. In physical education and health classes, activities often break up before collective comments, explanations or demonstrations. Previously, students were asked to "whistle, stop activities and listen to the teacher's requirements". But it is difficult for students to do it. They always talk or play with their peers, which makes me unable to concentrate on the next teaching task quickly. Later, I used the game of "wooden head" to attract and remind my classmates. When I called "one, two, three, wooden head", all the students stopped at the same place and made all kinds of beautiful moves. When I shout "one, two, three, attention-at ease", all the students can be "quiet, neat and fast". After a period of persistence, the students gradually formed a good habit of observing discipline and obeying orders. Moral education permeates the daily teaching of physical education and health. Over time, students' behavior and consciousness will begin to change. Developing good habits in the classroom can not only improve the efficiency of classroom teaching, but also lay a solid foundation for students' own development and truly achieve the purpose of educating people. Secondly, based on the contents of different teaching materials, the teaching materials for practicing Lide Shu Ren's physical education and health are very extensive. Every teaching content in the textbook has its distinctive and unique educational essence. Teachers should be good at digging its profound connotation and practice moral cultivation in combination with the characteristics of different teaching materials in order to achieve better results. For example, track and field can cultivate students' brave and tenacious will quality; Collective sports can cultivate organizational discipline, the spirit of collectivism of unity and friendship, and the ability of wit and sensitivity; Gymnastics, martial arts and other events are conducive to cultivating students' courage, composure, wit, decisiveness and self-control ability. Although personal skills are very important, ball games can only be played well with the good cooperation of peers, and the collectivism spirit of unity, friendship and cooperation of students can be cultivated. In the whole process of physical education and health teaching, the content and characteristics of teaching materials are to constantly cultivate young students' ideological and moral character and personality, and are an important carrier for practicing moral education and educating people. Thirdly, choosing a reasonable and scientific organizing teaching method in Lide Shu Ren's class by different organizing teaching methods is the embodiment of teachers' teaching ability and an effective way to practice Lide Shu Ren. We should be good at combining students' psychological activities with physical activities, and use all links in classroom organization teaching method to carry out moral education for students. For example, in the teaching of sprint technology in senior high school, I let the students finish the sprint exercise happily through the game of "autumn sowing and autumn harvest", which was inspired and educated, and achieved the goal of cultivating students' good moral character of cherishing food, uniting classmates and helping classmates. At the beginning of the class, I organized my classmates to recite the ancient poem Mohe together. At the same time, I closed my eyes and imagined the scene in the poem. After guiding them, I asked the students to discuss and talk about their experiences. Then I began to render the atmosphere and guide the students to experience the feeling of "sowing". I completed the "sowing" in the form of four teams, judged which team was the best, and praised and encouraged it. I also organized a "harvest" activity in a group cooperation way. After the "autumn harvest", I asked everyone, "Are you tired of sowing and harvesting?" The students said in unison, "I'm so tired!" Fourthly, take the chance to practice Lide Shu Ren's physical education and health teaching. Accidental events happen from time to time, which is the true expression and performance of students' thoughts and behaviors in sports activities. We should be good at observing students' behavior and performance in class, handling representative events in time, praising or criticizing students according to the situation, improving students' ability to judge right and wrong, and achieving the educational purpose of Lide Shu Ren. I remember a high jump teaching in senior two. After explaining the movement requirements and analyzing the main points of technical movements, I made several demonstrations and got repeated applause from my classmates. When asked who would like to give it a try? Several students raised their hands, so they asked Zhang Xian, a student with good quality and fast motor skills, to try to jump, so as to stimulate the enthusiasm of other students to practice. Unexpectedly, the students' swinging legs were not raised, and they were caught by the high jump pole when crossing the pole, and fell down, leaving the confidence and courage of the whole class behind.
