Second, the recruitment plan and registration conditions

(1) Selection and appointment plan

(2) Registration conditions

1, an official household registration teacher in Luanchuan County, Luoyang City, Henan Province, who teaches outside and is registered;

3. Have modern educational ideas, high moral character and be competent in education and teaching;

4. Have the educational level, professional knowledge and business skills required for the post. (1) Full-time plan recruits graduates with bachelor degree or above from normal universities, (2) has a teacher qualification certificate consistent with the level of application, (3) has more than three years of work experience, and has passed the annual assessment in the last three years.

5. Age requirements for registration: as of July 3 1, 2065438, aged between 18 and 35 (born before July 3 1, 65438+July 3 1, 0982), with a master's degree and

7. Anyone who has one of the following circumstances may not apply for the exam:

(1) Having received criminal punishment and reeducation through labor;

Third, the selection methods and procedures

Recruitment work is divided into four steps: registration and qualification examination, trial lecture, publicity and handling transfer procedures.

(1) Registration and Qualification Examination (August 14-18)

1. Registration time: August 20th14th to August18th, 8: 30am-165438+0: 30pm and15: 00pm-18th.

2. Registration place: Luanchuan County Education and Sports Bureau (address: Junshan East Road, Luanchuan County).

3. Registration method: This selection adopts the method of on-site registration. Submit the Application Form for Selecting Foreign Teachers in Luanchuan (see Annex 2) in duplicate at the time of registration, and submit the following related materials (original and photocopy in duplicate, with an application form attached):

(1) My household registration book and valid ID card;

(2) 4 recent bareheaded 1 inch color photos of the same base edition;

(3) Graduation certificate (foreign college graduates also need to provide the certificate of returned overseas students issued by the Education and Culture Department (Group) of the Chinese embassy (consulate) and the certificate of foreign academic degree issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education);

(4) submit the teacher qualification certificate required by the application conditions;

(5) Submit the allocation confirmation documents issued by the human resources and social departments.

4. Qualification examination runs through the whole process of employment. Anyone who finds that the applicant does not meet the proposed employment conditions and provides false materials will be disqualified from audition and employment.

5. Each junior high school or primary school is limited to one post. Those who hold a higher-level teacher qualification certificate can apply for a lower-level teacher position, while those who hold a lower-level teacher qualification certificate cannot apply for a higher-level teacher position.

6. The admission ticket collection time: 2065438+August 2, 20071(8: 30 am to 165438+ 0: 30 pm, afternoon 15: 00 to 18: 30) is valid by myself.

(2) Trial lecture (August 22nd)

1. According to the candidates who have passed the registration and qualification examination, they will give trial lectures in the junior middle school group and the primary school group respectively, and the content of the trial lectures will be randomly selected from the current textbooks (see Annex 3). After preparing lessons for 20 minutes, candidates will take micro-courses that are consistent with the positions they apply for (15 minutes). The judges scored on the spot according to the candidates' trial lectures and announced the scores on the spot. The judges will deduct one point and one minimum point from the score, and the average of the remaining points will be included in the candidates' trial lecture results. Full score of live lecture 100. Then, according to the total scores of junior high school group and primary school group, the top 10 is selected as the publicity candidate.

2. Candidates who apply for the same position and try to speak in the trial group have the same results as the on-site trial; Candidates who apply for two or more trial lecture groups in the same position shall adopt the "quadratic average method" (see Annex 4), which is obtained by the weighted average of field results, and the calculation result of trial lecture results shall be rounded to three decimal places.

3. The time and place of the trial lecture shall be subject to the admission ticket. Candidates must bring the admission ticket and valid identity documents at the same time when participating in the trial lecture.

4. Calculation of total score:

The total score of the candidates = the trial lecture score × 100%.

The total score is rounded to three decimal places.

When the total score is tied, the personnel to be hired shall be determined according to their qualifications. The total scores of candidates will be published on the bulletin boards of Luanchuan Net in China and Luanchuan County Education and Sports Bureau.

Special note: According to the actual number of applicants, organize trial lectures according to the junior high school group and the primary school group, and then select the top 10 of all candidates in the junior high school group and the top 10 of all candidates in the primary school group for publicity.

(3) Publicity (August 23rd-25th)

According to the results of the trial, it will be publicized after being confirmed by the county employment leading group, and the publicity period will be no less than 3 working days.

(4) Transfer formalities (August 25th-September 24th)

Within 30 days from the date of the expiration of the publicity period, individuals shall go through the relevant transfer procedures, and Luanchuan County establishment, people's society, education and other departments shall go through the relevant transfer procedures. Failing to go through the transfer formalities within the time limit shall be deemed as a waiver.

Fourth, discipline and supervision.

Adhere to the principle of "openness, equality and competition" and choose the best candidates through public lectures. The whole selection and appointment work should be "six publicity", that is, the selection and appointment policy, selection and appointment scheme, selection and appointment conditions, selection and appointment procedures, assessment results and selection and appointment results should be made public, and the whole selection and appointment process should be supervised by all sectors of society.
